Had an excellent evening meal with a perfectly cooked steak and beer battered gurnard. The staff were friendly and welcoming and it was nice and relaxing. The strawberry cheesecake dessert was the best cheesecake I've ever tasted!
We had lunch and were the only ones there. Bit unfortunate as its a great place and very cosy and welcoming. The meals were very good and the staff very friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to go back there. I recommend people stopping in.
On wet, windy and misty morning on the road between Christchurch and Hokitika, stopped in for a great coffee and breakfast. Warm welcome from the staff. Great to see it open again.
