A busy Sunday. The country pub is busy. Lots of chatter, great atmosphere an excellent range of Hartley's beers and a sumptuous carver lunch at a very reasonable price. A great place to go to after a walk in the beautiful surrounding countryside.

From memory...a fairly standard pub menu...steaks, scampi, fish and chips etc. - but all well presented and served in good quantities. Dessert selection is excellent in our experience too.
