A lovely pub with car park and a nice real fireplace all very cosy and friendly staff and nice coffee

Great place to stay when passing through. Rooms are small and clean with character. They have everything you need with Bury St.Edmunds and Newmarket a short distance by car or bike. The breakfasts are lovely and great service.

Had a great meal Wednesday lunch time. The steak and ale pie was fabulous. Would highly recommend this very cosy pub. Thank you also for the Peaky Blinders gin!

We visited The Bell for the Christmas charity event. We pre-wrapped a present for each of the children and so they went to see Father Christmas and received a present they would really want. Father Christmas was lovely and spoke to each of the children...More

I 'm not sure what the opening hours are during the week. We visited The Bell on a Saturday and pre booked for 7pm by phone.

The Bell Inn at Kennett is a Family run, Early 16th Century Haunted Coaching Inn Offering Fresh Home cooked English Food. Situated Just 4 Miles from The World Famous Horse Racing Town of Newmarket, it is an excellent place to visit before or after a Days Racing, or for people visiting The Sales at Tattersalls. In July 2016 a major refurbishment and the addition of 10 guest rooms all with en-suites was completed. For many years The Bell has been regarded as a Pub & Restaurant which has the best location in East Anglia, being a perfect meeting place because of its prominent position on the B1506 Between Bury St Edmunds & Newmarket.
