Location - 5/5 Decor and Facade - 5/5 Staff and Team - 5/5 Service - 5/5 The best of all was the courteousness and politeness with which each and every member of the Hotel...talks. We stayed in a Valley View Premium Room with Jacuzzi.. It was divine. I had come for my anniversary celebrations and being a little picky n choosy person that I am, I had some personal requests, which I must say was handled VERY VERY well by the Hotel. Special cudos to Mr.JAYKUMAR for personally looking into all the arrangements and he made sure everything was perfect. Wat a Perfect and Polite Gentleman. They have a valley view Restaurant with outdoor seating and the lighting is perfect for a Romantic Candle light dinner. ‎Mr.DENNIS.. The F & B incharge personally made sure each and everything was as per our choice and made our dinner a memorable experience. ‎The hotel is very well kept and clean. The staff, restaurant staff and Front office people are too good and very polite and the service is spot on. Location wise also it's very well placed. Away from any hustle bustle yet short drives away from tourist attractions. I would like to recommend hotel Management not to ever let go of people like Mr. JAY and Mr. DENNIS.. As these are the ones who make your hotel a perfect getaway. Had an awesome experience and like I said, I'm a very choosy person and like things to my Taste, I would highly recommend staying here and not thinking of any other place to stay. This was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in Munnar... clean, staff was extremely helpful...The food was excellent, The location is very nice, with restaurants. The facility is very nice, very clean! Would definitely stay here again., and it was a safe environment...for me and my family...More

Very nice dishes and you can choose the amount of spiciness you want in your food. Also, they prepare and serve whatever you order for the kids

I was with my friends check into this restaurant for a lunch. Food taste was nice, Service was fine, Food taste was very yummy and there was a lot of variety in menu. Nice place for a change and they do have rooms also.
