This cafe is a hidden gem. Food is home cooked and coffee is delightful made to order as I am picky when it comes to weak coffee. A wonderful way to spend a couple of hours chilling relaxing and stimulating conversation with the proprietors.

Northumbrian cafe located 800 yards from the A1 (just off the B6347) , serving and stocking local produce, including Pilgrims Coffee. Alongside the cafe there is a gallery featuring Richard Dunwoody's photography and many other local craftspeople's work. Antiques shop open for browsing. Ample parking, outdoor seating, and very dog friendly - the garden features a dog agility course, with fresh water being available at various points within the cafe.
