We went for a late lunch around 230pm. Had the chicken noodle soup & lagman - would recommend. Nice staff with fast service.

After a few less than imporssive meals in Kyrgyzstan, I was taken here by a local, and I have to say the quality of the food was outstanding. Very very tender shashlik, nice tea and lovely dessert. All for a sensible fair price.
The menu had a range of interesting dishes that we hadn't seen elsewhere in Central Asia - I think a lot of it drew on Soviet/Russian heritage. Anyway, I ordered a beer and some Moldavian meat. The beer arrived relatively quickly - within 20 minutes...or so. The food took well over an hour. We speculated that the staff must be on lunch break and, sure enough, after the long wait the food seemed to star coming out (for us and for others) quite quickly. Others also liked their food when it came.More
Very nice and clean restaurant with a great staff, it was our oasis after our long trip bu car Was full with tourists which shows how popular is this restaurant
We visited the restaurant for our 1st dinner in Karakol. I'm disappointed. The food we wanted to try were unavailable, the services we received was lower than average. We asked some sauce for kebab and shasilik. There were 4 waitresses working there however the responses...from them were slow and we were almost ignored! No acknowledgement.... There are so many tourists in the restaurant so that presumably they are snobby and spoiled. Avoid.More
We waited 20 minutes for a cappuccino even though the place was empty. They had 4 waitresses standing around doing nothing so had to order at the bar. They put a 10 percent service charge on the bill either way. Really poor place
Catastrophe! We ordered eight meals, but brought only seven (they forget). After next 20 minutes they brought the last food, but they forgot the side dish. When we asked about, they told us that the side dish had run out. They have almost none of...the beers and no dessert from menu.More
Waited for more than 1 hour to be served though it was not busy, horrible waiting, place to avoid !!
Manty is highly recommended!! The best in town! Try Ashlyan-foo - authentic dunganian dish - spicy and sour 👌🏼
We visited Karacol nearly a week ago. Found cafe in trip advisor with good reviews. It all looked nice to begin, the waitress brought over the menus, in Russian of course. That is not a problem as it had beautiful pictures of the food. I...chose the picture that actually said rissoles, it also had chips and rice. My partner son also picked rissoles. Our meals came out, I got a type of pastry wrap with meat and coleslaw and a bit of rice. We thought they were bringing the chips out in another bowl but when I asked about the chips the waitress just said, “ No chips, it’s just a picture “. I felt like laughing , the pastry thing I was eating was rather tasty but definitely not what I ordered, I asked for a side of chips as per the menu, and the photo to be told “No “ Bad attitude, would not go there again and definitely would not recommend the place.More
