Came on Sunday night, had the chicken Gorgonzola, chicken saltimbocca, pork sliders, firecracker shrimp, BLT and house salad. Everything was great and high quality ingredients. Sadly they are closed on Monday and Tuesday so we are happy we came when we did! Get here, you won’t be disappointed!

A place that is totally unpretentious, but it has a great cusine.Very casual and great steaks and casual food.
Service is very good and prices are very reasonable.I was pleasantly surprised by the food and the quality of the beef.
A place very well kept with a very American vibe, but with a great cuisine.

We’ve been planning our Labor Day Weekend for months. We knew Cabo Rojo’s nature beauty was a given. Next was to find a restaurant that had a menu with a gourmet kick. Jackpot! 101 West K&B! With a menu the will make any foodie go back again and again and service that ranks with any of our amazing restaurants in San Juan, 101 West will not disappoint. Our server Cristina did not miss a step and even when the tuna tartare wasn't on the menu, owner Teresa and her talented chef prepared one. Thanks for having queen olives for my Martini. We will be back.

I decided not to go back to this place about three years ago as there was a very rowdy singer in this place seemed to be drunk. When asked to lower the volume of the music by almost everyone there he said if you don’t like it leave. I went again because a friend of mine asked me too and I thought it couldn’t be worth but it was. There were a group of people talking in the bar close to the door and this guy who seems to be a regular there kindly asked permission to pass which was granted immediately. After passing he turned back and said “ Fu....ing idiots who stand in front of the door to talk.
After that we waited 1:30 hours for the food the waitress was very good and she offered tons of excuses the bartender was also very good. And food was good but there are a lot of places where the food is good and you don’t have to put up with stupid regulars that hang around in this place definitely not going back ever.

The table service is amazing. The food is delicious and creative. Beer are cold as its should be. BUT, in COVID world is important to be careful. All the staff in the kitchen can be seeing without wearing a mask. This is dangerous. Those people are breathing over your food. Unless COVID has gone, I do not recommend you to visit this place.

The place has a nice atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. Service was satisfactory. However, food was marginal. We had the caprese salad for appetizer and the mozzarella was substandard. The basil was fresh from their garden. They didn’t have a significant portion of dishes in the menu including appetizers. No egg rolls. I also ordered a Blue Moon beer with an orange and they didn’t have oranges. They were also out of lobster which eliminated several dishes. Also out of rissotto and mashed potatoes. We ordered the seared tuna, salmon and tortellini alfredo. All three were substandard.

I thank you for your feedback. From your review I gather that you visited the restaurant on Sunday night, October 11. This was a long weekend and one of the busiest nights we have had this year. The restaurant business is unpredictable and unfortunately we ran out of some foods. As for the lobster, it has been extremely difficult to obtain since the pandemic. Not a lot of fisherman going out for lobster. I suggest you stop by again and give us another chance. We aim to please!

exquisite handcrafted food in a casual modern atmosphere. The smoked ribs and risotto were to die, for they also had steaks seafood burgers and select Italian dishes, a delicious dessert menu and extensive drink menu, including gorgeous sangria. Pride of place and ownership obvious. They seated us on a weekday with no reservation but might recommend on weekends.

Lovely open air restaurant with tasty food. Sesame crusted tuna was fresh and cooked to perfection with a very tasty side of buttery mashed potatoes. Lobster sliders were very lightly buttered with a hint of passion fruit. Outstanding. The petite ribeye was cooked as ordered and the fries were tasty. Pulled pork app was delicious with a hint of guava in the bbq sauce. Service was speedy and friendly. The mojito was good…..8.5 out of 10. RECOMMENDED!

Very friendly waitstaff. Very clean. Nice patio dining. Beautiful environment with tropical plants. Popular. Food sells out. We enjoyed the mushroom and spinach and cheese ravioli and pan seared tuna with sesame. Steamed Broccoli side was delicious. 70s rock playing in the background.

Impressed with My first stop at 101 West. Tiddy, friendly, cozy ambiance for a cool night escaping the Black Friday madness. Best burger slider appetizers and NY steak cooked to perfection. Service was good and Looking around found restaurant is into composting and planting

I never ever give a five star. But this place deserves it. And roaming Puerto Rico for over a week and I'm just sick and tired of fried food. Not saying fried food is bad i was looking for something different.
The owner kris and waitress kem. Great people. No pressure. They have everything from pasta to ribs steaks to lamb chops. We had lamb chops and steak with fresh broccoli cream sweet potatoes. Everything was perfect.
But the creme do la creme was the tres leche cake. It competes with the best of the Mexican tres leches cakes I've had in my 45 years.
Like Mikey says try it, you'll like it

We love going to the 101 West. The food is always cooked perfectly. The entire staff are wonderful / bilingual and professional. They also have a cute/well stocked bar. They also keep the restaurant very clean.

I traveled all around the Island on this visit and this by far was my favorite experience. Start with our waitress Kem (yes this is how she spells it) and the bartender Luis as well as the support staff. They made us all feel welcomed. The food was made to perfection. My skirt stake was delicious and I really felt at home. The food for our party of 6 was delicious and well presented. Don’t miss this place if you are in the area.

Taken here by locals, we had great food, a pleasant, inviting experience--we'll be back. The bartender made us fresh lemonade to go with our bar food early dinner--our host had an overstuffed smoked pastrami sandwich (a special) that looked and smelled great--he enjoyed it. I had a burger--8 oz. of fresh angus, perfectly cooked, melted cheddar cheese and tasty toppings with a side of piping hot fries--a real treat. The site is attractive, and the early crowd welcomed us as friends. Go here!
