The beautiful view of the Ashtamudi Lake makes this resort a nice location for sightseeing far away from the crowds . One of the best resorts I have visited till now. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. A fantastic view of the Ashtamudi Kayal makes the rooms and its location a perfect one. It gives the feel of a private residence , the easy access to the lake and the facility for boating makes it a perfect choice for a holiday. The scenery was so beautiful and it was a relief to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from the resort was superb. I must say the location of the resort is at its best.

The resort is an excellent place to stay for a peaceful vacaction. It is away from the city center and huddle and crowd if the city. However, it is not a convenient place if one want to explore the city. The resort is very homely and offers a very comfortable stay. It also had a beautiful viewpoint of ashtamudi kayal with house boat services.

Visited the resort some time ago. It was like going back 20 years in time to rediscover Kerala as it used to be. Good food, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly faces, lots of little things to do, and just generally the perfect place to chill out with family or friends, and recharge one's batteries before getting back to real life.

Great rooms and service.
Perfect place to spend a few days with family or friends. Staff helped organize activities like houseboat ride.

One of the best resort I would recommend to spend some quality time with family and friends. Located right on the banks of Ashtamudi lake with loungers and outdoor playground
The ambience of the resort is very good,well mannered staff, good fine food and also the dishes were subtle. Nice outdoor pool with lakeside views
There is a good auditorium, ayurvedic centre with spa

We visited this place as a group of 14 and we had a fantastic experience with the group. The staff was really friendly and the food was great as well, We got to enjoy the views and enjoy the pool as well, We had a barbeque night and had a good library and books to read enjoying the scenic view the resort had to offer, We ended up playing various games and the evening breeze and the iconic sunset view was something super stress relieving. Was happy to cop this deal for such a great prize as well. Would recommend anyone who gets around the area to spend a day or two in this hidden gem

My engagement was on Aug 27 2018 and on Last minute only we could finalize the venue for the same due to the flood occurred that time. But we were so happy with the decision we took.W e really appreciate the cooperation for the Staff.
Excellent Food, Customer Service... I would Give 5 Star for Aditya Resorts

Had a good time at adithya resorts. purely because of the really friendly attitude of staff. dinner food was great.. but breakfast was lacking in choice.. but a good trip nonetheless.

it was awesome experience... stayed one full day with family. Children enjoyed a lot, especially in the pool... lots of indoor games...
Location wise it is very nice...very calm atmosphere...good view.

I went there with my 6 friends .we booked our one day package 2 days before.. Reached there around 10.30 they arranged the room around 12.30 . 2 O clock we went to the restorent for lunch .. They said will serve the food in our room .. We waited around 2.50 .. They didn't serve the food ..we went to restorent again & ask about our reserved lunch .. That said the food is finished .. We left that place and took another resort nearby .. Don't go to this restorent .. Very bad customer service

Two things stand out at this otherwise poorly maintained place - the fabulous location right opposite the Ashtamudi Lake and the friendly, helpful staff.
The resort itself, needs a good revamp. The cottages at the beginning have large rooms but are old, stuffy and sometimes emit a musty smell, lack of airing perhaps. Food is strictly OK. It has to be kept in mind that the resort is about 25 kms from the Kollam town centre and takes about 45 mins to an hour to travel there. Far from the town, its an oasis of calm but if you have to sight-see in the town, then its a long ride.
