After our fabulous dinner at Koronfol, we had dessert here, as I do each time I have the chance to be in Tarshiha. Simply the best gelato in Israel.

Excellent ice cream in a small town. They have rare flavours. Their ice cream is not too sweet as in other places, so not too much sugar in it.

Buza’s reputation reaches all the way to the US and we were not disappointed. Many ingenious and fresh flavors. Helpful staff. Creamy yumminess.

Yes I know I've reviewed Buza before - it was excellent then and it's excellent now - but that's the point I wish to emphasize - unlike other such places whose quality deteriorates with time, the ice cream at Buza has remained out of this world! This is true even though they have opened other branches, not like other successful chains whose success and expansion has been at the price of their original exceptionality. Buza continues to be the real deal.
Unlike my other frequent visits, this time it was not only my wife and I but also part of our large family, plus it was "shuk day" with many tourists and locals, and very busy - nonetheless service was fast and there was space for my family to sit.

We stopped for an ice cream and coffee at this place. Located next to the market, this is a simple pace that had very good ice cream with a few untraditional but yummy tasty variety. The coffee was also good. Good spot.

Fancy ice cream places are now the norm in Israel. They're brightly lit, offer many flavors, and are creative in what they create. So when I heard that Buza was *the* place to go when in Ma'alot-Tarshiha, I wondered if it would really be that special and delicious.
Conclusion: It is.
Too many ice-cream places think that making a new and special flavor means crushing various types of cookies and candy bars, and putting them into vanilla or chocolate ice cream. Buza's flavors were different, creative, and I'd even say aimed at adults rather than children. They were more than willing to let us taste from their large selection, and when it came time to ordering, we got over-the-top generous portions. The store is clean and nicely decorated, with a large balcony on which you can sit and watch the main street.
Moreover, their ice cream had a fresh taste to it that I haven't found in many other places, including the fancy ones I've gone to in Tel Aviv.
I was a skeptic, but Buza really did the job. If you want ice cream, I'd definitely seek them out. And it seems that they now have branches all over Israel, including two in Tel Aviv... so there's no excuse for anyone in Israel to be without great ice cream!

Excellent ice cream. Variety of tastes. Nice service. I have tried Buza cream and Um-Al-Fakhem almonds in a chocolate handmade wafer. Delicious!

My favorites are - Pistachio, Salt Caramel and chocolate.

We stopped at Kibbutz Sasa to try some Buza ice cream and we were not disappointed ! It was very creamy and stuck to the roof of my mouth. It reminded me of Gelato ! I had a scoop of chocolate hazelnut and it was utterly fantastic, actually I went back for another scoop before we left the Kibbutz. A real treat !

What a fantastic place for ice cream....
Huge variety of delicious ice cream.
The flavors are so delicious that it is really hard to make decisions....
Some of the flavors are very unique such as Figs and Buza cream.
They Cary both dairy and non dairy flavors as well as sugar free.
We all enjoyed our flavors And for sure I will return to this place.

A very good ice cream venture in center of town . Very special flavors like sage and mascarpone figs .friendly service . Sitting in and out and takeaway. 5 USDLRS for a big ice cream with 3 ice balls .

Doing abit of local tourism in Tarshicha we came to the known Buza icecream place wondering if they have some vegan flavour. They had over 15 !!!! We had pistachio and pomegranate. They were great and so was the vegan halva cone.
Most recomended!!!
