the food is so delicious , the eggplant with walnuts , the fish , Khachapuri and the mamaliga. you need to know the language because the menu does not contain photos and they does not speak English ... knowing Russian is a must .

Delicious food, Great service. Came here with family and the four of us are till we exploded. :-) I would recommend the Lodichka - the bread with butter and egg. The lamb sashlik was also awesome.

You will have to wait a while to get a table but food was good. Some staff speak English. More like a restaurant for tourists.

Some visitors may question the sanitary, service is far from perfect too, but food (amount/serving, quality, pricing) is great.

We asked several people in Sukhumi and all of them said this place is the best. And I think it is. We only ordered Abkhaz cuisine, but reason why we could ordered though was because I had German friend who can speak Russian fluently. It is quite difficult to order in English, I think. Everyone was eating Khachapuri, but go... More

A great open air restaurant with fantastic food. If you don't speak or can't read Russian you'll need to have a sense of adventure as there weren't any menu translations. But you really cant go wrong with any of the choices. The beer is cheap and the pork shashlik was the best I had in the Caucasus!

High quality produce and great tasting food. Great location, nice views from the second floor terrace. Shame that their beer is warm, a small detail that would make this an otherwise great location.

The house dish of this place is - local pie, called khaciapur in the form of a boat - not advisable to order it with an egg. It is very democratic for prices, have also good local salads and meat, but don't expect great service - it is very basic. It has a very nice terrace on the sea shore... More

Nartaa is famous for it's khachapur (cheese pie). Despite it's huge number of tables and small rooms, it's It was quite complicated to find a free table. I came for the boat shaped khatchapur and I was not disapointed it was very tasty and cheap too. As an added bonus, you can see them making the khatchapur.
