Oh SkyHigh! As an International Tourist Destination the customer service here needs some serious attention. I first visited the SkyHigh restaurant a few weeks ago for lunch and whilst I initially thought the customer service was lacking, I put it down to it being a weekday and thought I'd give it another chance. We went to SkyHigh today for afternoon... More

We headed up to Sky High for my birthday, we had a table second back from the viewing window, still good, as view is wonderful, waitress we had was very friendly and we ordered drinks and food. Wait was not too long at all and we had the Crumbed Chicken & Black Angus Steak, the chicken was fantastic, very well... More

Title of review says it all, its all just about the view. Everything else is just blahhhh. Cost to park $6 is entry fee for everyone, you do have some walking trails but honestly that walk through the woods can be found 1 kilometre away at park entrance for free. Cost of food & beverages is over the top for... More

Hadn't been there in years as it was just too amateurish. Thought after 20 years it would have improved. Very disappointing. Very, very slow service, food appallingly cold, greasy food, innattentive staff, ( or should I say untrained children), with a part time job. A magnificent location that needs a good chef and good floor supervision. Never again

I visited here for lunch recently and was quite disappointed with the food. It seems they are relying on the views to do all the impressing for them. I had a risotto with peas/asparagus/goats cheese and added chicken. It was supremely bland even with extra salt and a very claggy texture. The chicken parma was just pub quality, although at... Before I Start, I want to say is that I do understand for Food industry it is very difficult to please every customer but when your customers looks forward to once a year office affair you want them to head back with nice memories. We had an early Christmas office dinner party yesterday (on 19th Nov 2016). There was table... More

Definitely some beautiful views, if your going during the winter wrap up lots because it's very cold. It can be very crowded during the sunset as everyone literally is there. So please be mindful of other people and other families. Sunset pictures are beautiful. It's a shame when we went they closed the top but I bet it's even nicer... More
