What a friendly and happy place to eat, Just visited for the first time and was very happy with my meal of Swordfish and all the trimmings. Athmosphere was really lively. Best to book as it gets very busy

Great menu, great food and great staff!! The staff are lovely and friendly and the food is faultless. What more can you want? I must say we were a big group and we all loved it! Can't wait to go back!!! x

Called in for lunch again after a short while, still nice friendly staff we chose from the lunch time menu, starters Pate and lovely bread, mean was chilly and potato wedges very nice, shall call in again.

Situated near Pontypool less than a hundred yards from the cycle track it's a good place to stop. It has a nice garden. The food is excellent and the locals are friendly. What more can you ask ?

We’ve themed the corridor leading to the new restrooms on a mine shaft, equipped with real miners’ lamps and gas masks! It’s definitely worth a look!
