We went for dinner and was recommended by Trip. We waited 40 minutes for a table, but there were queues in all the other restaurants, so we decided to wait and were very well served before our table was even free. We arrived without much intention for dinner, we were hungry and were surprised by an explosion of flavors!! We ordered the fairy salad to start, for 1 person, followed by mushroom and trout bobo! While we waited we were given a courtesy of the magic cachaça! The attendants explained to us how to drink this jambu and pineapple cachaça! We were impressed with the mix of sensations!!! Dice, but bitter, gassy and leaves the tongue numb! I REALLY LOVED IT And I'm not a fan of cachaças. The salad was delicious, tasty, well served! The Bobo was perfect, hot, tasty, creamy, divine!!! It came with rice and farofa, which I can't describe how good it was! We ordered the bobo for 2 and there was a lot of food left over! Friendly and polite staff! For dessert we went mushroom in never land, I can't describe how delicious it was! To top it off, a mushroom tea with hibiscus. Everything perfect! A trip!!!

Service was very good, everyone was very helpful and friendly...Excellent music, the musician was amazing, I don't remember the name of the Uruguayan who really raised the level of the night with a great repertoire and a very good musician.

Very good experience. Right at the beginning we were served a magical cachaça that brings something new to the palate as it sharpens the senses. We ordered a mushroom bobó but they swapped our dishes with another couple who had ordered the mushroom bobó and smoked trout. The manager promptly came to apologize, after all if we were vegan it would be a disaster but it was fine with us. We paid for the dish we had ordered (the price was a little lower). This restaurant was a find in Maringá-MG. We had a great dinner. We chose to stay inside the restaurant and I was fascinated by the play of light that changes the colors of the painting on the wall. We stayed at this beautiful bistro for two nights - due to taste and lack of alternatives on a Tuesday and Wednesday. We ate the trout cakes for starters one night and the grilled mushrooms the next. An incredible bistro, which provided a wonderful gastronomic experience. We start with a dose of the magical cachaça, with an umami flavor.
