I have visited Cafe Remo's on a number of occasions and it never disappoints. The portions are always large and food is great. The burgers there I find are especially good. Even if you just fancy an ice cream on a hot day the range is fantastic and although there is occasionally a bit of a queue it is worth... More

Three of us really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Great location on the sea front at Aberavan. Eggs Benedict, Poached Egg on Toast and Jacket Potatoes with Beans sampled. Friendly staff and good food selection. Disabled access and facilities.

Visited with a group of friends and we were all impressed with the choice and standard of the food. The beef pie was a large portion and the vegetable tart was imaginative and tasted delicious. Service was quick and the staff are very welcoming. I visit the restaurant quite regularly either for lunch/dinner or drinks and cake and it is... More

Popped in for some food after a walk on the beach with the dog. The bacon cheese burger was amazing. Homemade and chargrilled to delicious perfection. One of the tastiest burgers I have eaten. The margarita pizza was light and crispy and delicious also, so my other half told me! The only reason for a very good rating was that... More

My friend and I visited Remos for cake and coffee and it was lovely. Good choice and good value for money. The staff are great and they're always busy there so they must be doing something right.

Fabulous food, worth every penny. Good menu, something for everyone. Quick service. Friendly staff (apart from one waitress, I saw her name on her apron, but I won't name drop as that's not fare.) But she was blunt, quite rude and looked like she'd rather be anywhere else than at work!! But over all, a fabulous cafe.

Always worth paying a visit (if you can get a table). Staff are friendly and helpful, any food or dessert I have ever ordered has been lovely & there's a fab range of ice creams to choose from 👍

I've returned to this seafront cafe after it's gone from a 1 rating to now finally a 5 Must say £5.95 for a child's meal which was 1 sausage chips peas and squash was a little bit expensive especially if you have more than 1 child I think £4.00 is quite enough as it was a small portion to be... Thankyou Dollie for the constructive criticism. I understand that taking children out for food can work out quite expensive sometimes, but I personally feel the children's meals at Remo's; only £5.50 for a good bowl of homemade Spaghetti Bolognese or an 8 inch handstretched peperoni pizza, for example which include a drink, is very reasonable.
