Situated bang on the main road from Ranikhet towards Majhkhali, We were staying nearby only, hence stopped by to have some snacks and coffee, but were thrown a surprise on the way of presentation of the hot coffee, it was most professional way, hats off....The variety of cakes with the hot coffee were Carrot, Apple and Banana. The best cake was Carrot cake if we compare with other two. When we went there the second day, the cold coffee served was the most tasteless I have ever tasted, which was not at all expected from them, hence cold coffee is avoidable. Lime water soda was wonderful, sandwich also tasted amazing. The best part of the place was the view and the seating, just loved it.More

Valley View Homestay is the best place to feel the place like your home. The food quality and service are too good.

Stopped here for a bite to eat one afternoon. It was deserted and rainy. Sat out on the narrow balcony that overlooks the mountains. Adorable furniture. Loved the bland and red wrought iron tables and chairs. We had tea and cakes baked by the owner...herself. The menu was a bit limited since it was low season and there was no around. But the carrot cake, banana bread and brownies were all moist and fresh and delicious. Saw some tempting tomato and red chili jams but ended up not buying them. I have just one regret. We actually stopped here because my mother had seen this place on Highway On My Plate, and wanted to eat pancakes. They were not available. But so glad we discovered this little gem. It may have been the dreamiest hour I've spent in India this summer.More
