We had breakfasts and evening meals here during our stay and enjoyed them immensely. The staff were excellent and there was entertainment on both evenings we were there.
Ambience is good, well suited to its name. Staff is pleasant, and the dishes are cooked to your liking.
Amazing staff and good breakfast options. The views in the morning from the restaurant are just breath taking.
La Breeze has an extensive menu of Indian and Continental cuisine - we thought the quality of the food was very high and prices were reasonable (typical main Rp500) especially considering the surroundings - inside an upmarket hotel with views looking straight down the pool...to the lake in the distance. I especially enjoyed the fried lake fish but all dishes we had over lunch and dinner were very good. Staff were friendly and professional, regularly checking on how things were. Note that they do not sell alcohol in the restaurant. We don’t normally eat in hotel restaurants preferring instead smaller independent places but I am glad we made La Breeze an exception as it is well worth a visit.More
The ambience is very good, with a long pool ending (almost) in the Vembanad Lake. Place aptly named after the breeze. The dishes are scrumptious. I have tried North Indian, Continental and Chinese and they are all delicious. But above all, it is the service...which is mind-blowing. The waiters are ever smiling and always ready to help you, be it lifting the cloche when ur hands are full, switching on the fan as soon as u occupy a chair, clearing the dishes as soon as u empty them or even cooking a dish not on the menu. Overall a great experience. Try the awadhi chicken, chilli chicken or tawa fish... Biriyani was too spicy for me (I love the less spicy Lucknawi style rather than Hyderabadi). Coffee mousse is also great, but the coffee flavour can be stronger than what it is.More
The restaurant is in the heart of the hotel, open on two sides so it gets lovely cooling breezes. The breakfast choices were excellent although service was a little slow. Dinner was lovely and the ‘extras’ were very welcome.
Loved the food and thanks to Suraj and his team for the hospitality par excellence. Also to the Master Chef Mr Singh and his team. Great job.
This restaurant was just fantastic, a great choice of meals and great service. Don't expect A La Carte or anything mind blowing but you will enjoy your meal and you will feel spoilt by the staff. A really great backdrop looking over the magnificent pool...at the Aveda resort. Definitely worth visiting.More
Fantastic experience. Greta choice of multi cuisine Live countered offers verity of options and sercv es real quick
During our entire stay, we ate breakfast and dinner at La Breeze. Multi-cuisine choice made easy for us and we enjoyed the quality of food and service. Evening time music and cultural show to go with dinner was very enjoyable.
What's good? If I could recommend one thing to eat at La Breeze, (which by the way, is very aptly named), I would recommend the Kerala Parantha. It is so freaking good that you can eat it all by itself without any curry. But if...you do want a curry recommendation, I recommend the Kerala Korma. Other local curries are good too. The Indo-Chinese is great too. What's not? The buffet - whether the breakfast or the dinner. If you're coming to this restaurant only for the buffet, give it a miss. Go for the a la carte instead. The desserts are a disappointment too. And for the North Indians, who need a break from all the local cuisine, the North Indian food isn't that great here. Verdict? The local cuisine is much better than other restaurants around (like Lime tree), but they do not serve alcohol as they don't have a license. I'd definitely come here just for the local food, but maybe head over to the Lime Tree if I'm in the mood for a drink and North Indian/Continental food. Great value for money. Food - 4/5 Ambience - 4/5 Service - 5/5More
Suraj and his team did a fantastic job at each meal with prep, cleaning, serving, etc... The chefs prepared delicious meals. We enjoyed Indian, Asian and some American cuisines during our stay. Do yourself a favor and have the pearl spot fish and the calamari....Honestly, we did not have a bad meal or have anything at all to complain about. We feel so lucky to have stayed at this amazing resort which had an equally amazing restaurant on site.More
Every cuisine they make is so authentic and full of taste, No matter if it is North Indian, South India, Italian or Continental dish. They make it to perfection.
We are in all top restaurants of kumarakum. This is no doubt the best. Excellent food and superb quality. Mr Suraj... Restaurant manager leads by example. Dr Garg Chandigarh
