This restaurant serves cold set meals that are a brilliant introduction to antipasti meats, cheeses and local mushrooms – in a super-friendly setting, accompanied by excellent wines and bread as well as crostatas to finish.
Love rafters festooned with hams hanging from the beams and shelves piled with spelt. The hostess is a cherubic lady who is the local SLow Food leader and personally gave us a tasting of local dishes. More fun than you can poke a stick at.
2nd time I have been here and both amazing. There is no menu. I just asked for a mix, the photos show what you get. They advertise it as local cuisine and I think it is. It has such a lovely feel about the place.
We loved this place and the owners! We arrived there and, sadly for us, it was fully packed. But the owners were so welcoming that they agreed to serve us some food at the counter. Great cheese and charcuterie. And unfortunately we could not drink,...but the wine looked very good as well.
Great local food. Salami, Cheese and muuuch more. Very nice and welcoming people. English no big issue. Very cool rustic space, and quite affordable. Bring an extra stomachache. Do the degustazione. A must. :)
