We had breakfast here and tea and cake on a separate occassion. Lemon meringue tart is very small and very expensive for what it was. We would not return.More

Not sure why you would come here twice if we are expensive. I would assume you do eat out in Durban so let me prove my point. Mugg & Bean - South African Breakfast - 2 eggs, 1 boerewors, 2 bacon, 1 tomato, hashbrown plus...More

You are quite correct that the tap water is generally safe to drink and is tested regularly. It is always a personal preference ,for instance the foreign tourists generally order bottled water. Never feel obligated to order bottled water. The choice is yours. Thank you...More

Nice restaurant for sitting outside. Had the cheese burger and must say it is one of the best I ever had. A little disappointed that they did not bring the pizza menu and only realized that they serve pizzas after I ordered.

Hi Werner. We will remind the waitresses to also give our guests the pizza menu. If you are visiting Sabie again try a pizza they are as good as the burgers!!

We dropped into the Wild Fig Tree before heading back home, and were pleasantly surprized by the homely atmosphere and well priced eats. R38 for a bacon and avo sandwich with chips? Haven't seen that in a while. While eating our brunch we could look...More

Hi - I have ben at your restaurant on every of our 3 trips to South Africa - the pancakes were exelent and I have a memory from "The little shoppe" that I wear every Day - a bracelet made of Elephant hair and silver. Now its broken and I wonder if you know what kind of bracelet I refer to and if you still got the type of bracelet and if I could pay you to send me one or two.
