This signature restaurant is situated above the Rum Cave lounge, providing clear views of Capella Marina and Marigot Bay. During breakfast and dinner, Capella chefs perform a version of "culinary theater" in full view of diners, and for restaurant guests who wish to dine under the open sky, a set of accordion glass doors gives way to a patio overlooking the yachts moored in Capella Marina.

The service was excellent, it is expensive so keep that in mind, check out the menu before hand. The king fish was not great, but the red snapper was amazing. Decent wine selection, the banana dessert is very good, highly recommend that you try it.

The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. It has a great view out over the bay and a spacious relaxed outdoor eating area. Its situation is first-rate.
As part of the resort, it fits into the total offering of the 4 restaurants perfectly.
The staff are all cheerful friendly and often amusing. Particularly, 'flower lady' the woman who wears a flower in her hair! She is especially cheerful and funny and like all the other staff efficient and helpful. All the staff made the experience a happy one.
We were in the resort for 2 weeks and preferred 1461 for dinner and breakfast. All the eating places excelled, but this was our best experience.
Dinner was a formal grill with steaks, lamb, fish etc. I like a restaurant with white tablecloths!
Breakfast was a wide selection to order and a buffet was another option.
The only problems were the difficulty of choosing the always tasty and tastefully presented meals.
Drinks are all good. Cocktails, mixers and beers. I rated the wine very highly.
At dinner there is entertainment in the bar area. Most people liked it, but we found some of it intrusive.
The staff made the restaurant special, adding an additional boost to the excellent food.

Staying nearby and wanted to spend my birthday 🎂 at a fantastic restaurant. Couldn’t have picked a better one .
The service is excellent, staff excellent, food outstanding, atmosphere wonderful, price I believe complete value for money and not expensive at all . Will be spending more evening here before we go home .

The setting is perfect, the food is excellent and the service was exceptional. Tamika made sure our anniversary dinner was special. We decided to have the shrimp entree as our appetizer and it was spectacular. My husband ordered New York Strip and I ordered the Ribeye. Both were cooked perfectly. Then, Tamika brought us a delicious chocolate cake and they wrote Happy Anniversary on the plate. Perfect evening.

We enjoyed breakfast daily. Breakfast selections were great, as was the food quality. The romantic dinner was equally tasty. There was a small hiccup regarding our lobster entree, but Chester and Juan made it happen some how, some way. We greatly appreciated their can-do, going the extra mile attitude. Zena, Gemma, Andre, and Brenda were wonderful and provided for a great experience.

If you're looking for a gourmet spot with great tasting food, this is the place to be. Also the service was immaculate! Hilda took care of us with our every need! She has great catering service!

The atmosphere is upscale yet comfortable, our meals were scrumptious but the service we received from Chensey was the most memorable part of the meal. He obviously takes pride in his guests feeling welcome and well cared for.

The Breakfast Buffet lacked nothing. Omelettes were delicious. The Rib-Eye at dinner was exceptional. Dave was a perfect server!

This resort dining room was a highlight of our vacation. The friendly wait-staff welcomed us, and we felt lucky to meet Lawrenz, our waitress that night. All the food and deserts were beautifully presented and delicious. Sitting at a table overlooking the bay and masts of boats below with balmy winds and starry sky was a special experience. We would have returned if we'd had an additional day despite the costs because this relaxing dinner was worth a little higher cost of about $60/person.

Ate here a few times as part of our stay at the Resort. About 20 seat establishment, split between patio / outdoor, and indoor. They open the windows, making the indoor part have an outdoor feel.
Has a gourmet kitchen: so guests can watch chefs prepare food. Have a small but focused menu. Mix of local and continental cuisine. Can find the basics, like filet, lamb chops, chicken, and duck, as well as a few local varieties like fish pot, grilled fish, angostura lobsters, and large prawns. Have local sides to go with the dishes.
Spend around $120 for two, including starters, main dish, drinks, plus tax and tip.

The food here is 5 stars, we tried at least half the menu over a weeks vacation. It was all incredible from appetizers to desserts. And the staff, so professional and personable! There were tears on our last day having to say good-bye!
