We were trying "the best restaurant in Peru" bathroom full of mosquitos, flies around the table and food, 1 hour later the result was 5 hour in a clinic in CATACAOS, worst restaurant ever!!!

I went with a customer and even though it's far from the city center the place is nice and food is so fresh that you have to try everything. They have options of dishes to share that are great for that. The "causa" was one of the best I had in Peru.

Looking for classic northern Peru seafood this is a good option. It is pricy, but the quality is good. Over the last 4 years I have had the occasion to dine here several times and have used this resturant to entertain business associates. It is in Piura, Peru and the air conditioning makes it a pleasant retreat from the oppressive... More

The fish was quite good as was the squid. But an important dish such as "arroz con mariscos" was quite disappointing. Good choice to eat, but not the best at all.

Perhaps the best seafood I've had in a long time, the Ceviches where great and the sudado de mero is absolutely outstanding, recommended.

Too expensive for what you get. Nice place, fresh fish, normal plates. Extensive menu list. No air conditioner, in summer very hot.

Good food, but not the best. The place is a very nice typical Peruvian Seafood restaurant but the prices are extremely high.

I ordered ceviche (rawa fish salad) and pescado a la chorrillana (fried fish in onion and tomato source). Th fish is very fresh. I saw neighbor tables requesting for fish and the waiters brought fresh fish (killed, unfrozen) to show before it was cooked. I went there at the hotel and taxi driver's recommendation. They said that the fish is... More

Ask for any cab to get you to the Caracol Azul restorant. Don´t get scared, it´s in a dust road on a corner. It seems very simple and basic, but you will found a very complete and delicious Piurian cousine. I strongly recomend you the Piqueo Caracol Azul; and after that enjoy the leche de tigre, a hot beverage that... More

The food is excellent, try the tamalito verde and ceviche out of this world. They also have a fish soup that is great.
