this place has all the makings of a fun local joint, until the food arrives... rice with a few red beans mixed in and chunks of chicken bones breaded and fried. no meat... skip it and go elsewhere..

Not bad for a road side stand. Decent food for the price. The potato salad was pink and not like American potato salad FYI. Would probably not get it again but will have to try jerk chicken elsewhere to compare.

Definitely worth the drive from Seven Mile Beach to Bodden Town. The BBQ pork was so yummy, lightly seasoned and smoked, and the chicken was as good as it's always been. Fast, friendly and affordable. Always a favorite of ours when we visit the Caymans.

I had the goat curry and she had some fish. It was all very good, and large portions. There was a parrot in a cage in around the outdoor seating area which was rather entertaining. I was a bit surprised at how quickly we got the food, not the typical island pace.

We walked here a few times on our visit for lunch. Everything we had on the menu was amazing! You can't go wrong with the jerk chicken and the fish is delicious if you don't mind whole fish! The locals who run the stand are very friendly and accommodating Highly recommended!!

this is a roadside fish and jerk stand. The type of fish depends on what is locally available on any given day. It is cooked to order so allow Cayman time as it won't be quick. The jerk had good flavor. Those getting fish, enjoyed it but it was a bit messy to eat. The gal taking the order was... More

Your order at the window and wait for your food to be cooked. This is the place for the locals. Had a Jerk Chicken meal and chicken Quesada's and pop to go! The jerk chicken has bones!

I always like to try the local choices for lunch or dinner. This was one of the best jerk chicken meals I had on Grand Cayman. Fresh, fast and good.

Great service, excellent food. We were group of 8 so we tried pretty much everything they had to offer. Everything was spiced just right not over done. The prices were reasonable. It is cooked to order so you may have to wait but its worth it!. There isn't a place to sit inside however there is a small courtyard that... More

I enjoyed Chester's. The Jerk Chicken was great! This is not a fine dining establishment. Don't go if you want great table service or a silver spoon. This is a local diner/shack. But, it was great and I can't wait to go again.
