The Rosso di sera is very good. If you first time -probably it's difficult to find. The atmosphere and stuff are super. They delicate help us to make a choice of wine. And after bring to us couple of bottle interesting wines to taste it also. The food is great. My favorite was duck with fish souse ( acciughe) .... More

When we arrived at the Rosso di sera restaurant, we tried to ask for a table in Italian. We were then told by the maître 'd that the restaurant was full, in those words 'No. Full.'. We tried to ask for suggestions in the area (it was 20.30u at the time, so we were hungry and there is not much... More

I was in la "rosso di sera" twice in early 2015. Just great! The food is owesome: a flow of different and original flavors, a real show in the plates and in mouth. Very kind of fish and seafood, I really appreciated all the recipieces. The chef comes in the dining room having a cheerful chat about his cuisine (and...in... More

Definitely a great chef. Amazingly, although Castelletto is just half a mile from Lombardy, food is based on Piedmont recipes and ingredients, the meat comes from a small village at the French border and the chef visits his supplier regularly to see how the animals are bread. I tasted some slow cooked Spanish Pata Negra pork (slow means that it... More

While traveling through Alto Piemonte with my then 7 year old son, I met a young restaurateur who encouraged me to visit his new restaurant and wine shop. We ended up at Rosso di Sera restaurant, owned and run by Davide and Christiano Gramegna, one evening and had an excellent meal with thoughtful food and wine pairings. The wine shop... More

A lovely restaurant with a special, warm and friendly atmosphere. We've been 3 or 4 times now and had the 'menu degustazione' (taster menu) for €33 each time and have never been disappointed - They have been some of the best Italian dishes (with a twist) that I've ever eaten. The service is superb, choice of wine amazing and the... More

From the moment we set foot in this welcoming establishment we felt special and it only got better with time. We tasted a number of excellent wines and enjoyed delicious food. The tuna tartare is delicious and the beef version is even better. We were told that the beef was a Piemonte indigenous breed and it tasted like a cross... More
