This place is well worth the very long uphill drive to get to. So cute you want to sit there forever. Nice service from friendly staff. Food was lovely. We had some amazing anti-pasti. This place is not cheap but by Swiss standards, not expensive either. The views are wonderful. It was our favorite restaurant on our tour of Switzerland.

The drive up is quite narrow and curvy, but beautiful. You get rewarded with a great view and delicious snails with mushroom and polenta. Very friendly service as well.

A great place where you can eat and drink something, and live a good day in the nature. And lumache are something special, like taiada and colada ....

The climb is hard but the view is beautiful. The menu is typical ticinese food. Simple but good. The grotto itself is very nicely made of stone. Friendly staff.

Small family owned business, which usually is a guarantee for a warm and friendly service. The setting is just slightly below what I expected when I planned to eat in a traditional grotto, but very cozy, beautiful, in the middle of nature and blessed by a gorgeous view on the lake (which you have the earn by driving several km...
