Great service and quality food, you just have to find it. A little off the beaten track, but well worth hunting down.

Hidden gem not many people seems to know about. We were advised to try it by our hosts in Szwajcarka hotel in Kudowa. Not easy to find, as you drive on the main DK8 road towards former Poland/Czechia border crossing - there's a sign pointing the turn to Stary Młyn, but the size of it, and the place it is situated make it nearly invisible, well, for us it was a sharp breaking. The drive from there is the one you don't really want to be on, but the final stop makes it all worth the challenge. An old mill painstakingly restored and converted into restaurant. Superb food. Waiting times not exceedingly long, bearing in mind we were the only guests there (there was a large family just stepping inside when we were leaving). Digital payments with very slow machines. Top dining place not only in Kudowa, but in the whole region, we are absolutely sure. Definitely in need of publicize.

Quality food, service and surroundings. You won't be disappointed. We live only 10km from this restaurant and never knew it existed, but we'll definitely be back soon.

Lovely setting within an old Mill. Decent menu and good local food. Just set back from a river. Check it out been there twice.

One of the few great restaurants I have visited so far. The food is very good, cooked to perfection. One of the Best żurek soups i have ever had. Flawless service - extremely kind, well trained and professional, you would expect that from a 5 star restaurant in a big city, not from a small town place. Congratulations.
Note that unfortunately sometimes they can be closed-booked for private dinner party - we were lucky to arrive just when it finished. It is worth calling them before arrival as they are not in very central location.

We visited with a family, that had kids menu and delicious local trout. Worth an effort to get here. Very reasonably priced.
