Lovely late lunch

A lovely relaxed little casual cafe set among quite a busy club. As I was unable to order directly from the menu (due to dietary intolerances) one of the chefs came and spoke to me about modifying a salad to suit my needs - The end result was lovely and I am very grateful that they were able to do this for me. My husband enjoyed a very generous BLT with chips which he found tasty and filling. Service was friendly and food came out in a very responsible time.

Coffee was excellent and my salt & pepper calamari lunch choice was generous in size. Hubby ordered the pork belly sliders with extra sauce. The service was great and they accept the NSW Government Dine Voucher.

Perfection on a Plate

Friendly atmosphere where staff greeted me upon arrival. Very neat and clean with a hint of bacon cooking. Cooked to perfection I couldn't fault my breakfast.

We thought we give this place

We thought we give this place another chance for breakfast today but totally disappointed!!! We used to go here a lot before but due to the food quality we stop a while ago. Today we went there for breakfast to celebrate our anniversary. We ordered smashed avocado with poached eggs. Eggs Benedict, healthy choice which comes with poached eggs. All the eggs was fully cooked 😡 Wasn’t pleasant to eat at all. The potato rostis was dry and with no flavour. The only thing nice was the coffee. This isn’t the first time they have over cooked the poached eggs. Seems like the chef need to learn how to make poached eggs! Definitely not going back again! B Disappointed customer!!

Wouldnt go back there

Family brunch.. 4 adults..all ordered the smoothy bowl.. Well thats what it was - it was a smoothly out of the blender and tipped into a bowl and sprinkled with granola and some fresh fruit.. Honestly no texture to it.. it was a smoothly in a bowl..come on guys

Awful coffee served in filthy surroundings

Had a coffee in the cafe. Absolutely awful. Thankfully we didn't order any food. We also waited 30 minutes for a coffee that was cold and served in a dirty glass . Saucer was so dirty we assumed it had been previously used and not washed up. We looked closer and serving area was very dirty and grubby, not managed well at all. staff appeared very young but no manager/supervisor was obviously present What is going on! Health inspection and a manager/supervisor is very much needed. As locals, we will not return to this sad and dirty cafe.

Very Disappointing

Was wanting to go for dinner but was closed. It's always been available for a quick snack or light dinner. We had to leave and go to another club. Not good for such a large club.

Hi, Sorry to hear you were disappointed upon your recent visit The Roasted Berry‘s café menu is available from 8:30am to 5pm daily. After 5pm, The Roasted Berry will continue to offer your favourite barista-made coffee, teas, and cakes. If you would like dinner meals, you are able to order from Hadley's or Ming Dragon.

Appalling Service

Been there twice in the last 7 days. On both occasions, when ordering cake and coffee, was advised they don’t have any cream. What cafe does not have cream? On the second occasion, whilst eating my cake, the waitress slammed down a pot of cream and walked off without saying a word. She was clearly pissed off with me for speaking up about how disappointing it was to have encountered the same poor service twice in 7 days.

Really gone downhill

I think revamp of the Roasted Berry is well over due and should include the décor, menu, service and staff. Let’s take a recent weekday visit for lunch as an example. The menus are so old and have been used so much they are just about falling apart. Not to mention the menu has not changed in a very long time. Went to place my order at the register and there were two ladies that seemed extremely busy on the coffee machine and another gentleman that was also busy and really gave me the feeling that he did not really want to serve anyone as he was too busy. The customer in front of me wanted a milkshake and was told it would be a twenty-minute wait, give me a break twenty minutes for a milkshake. I placed my order for my wife and I that included a burger for myself. We waited about fifteen minutes and noticed our meal on the counter waiting to be taken to us. It sat there for just over five minutes until a staff member from the gym noticed it and brought it to us. It was not hot and my burger was missing the fries that were supposed to be with the meal. This is not a once off for us and it really is not good enough. Give the place a makeover, change the menu, both physically and its content, and become better at giving a decent service.

Orders fish burger - chip cold - bun burnt - waitress spikl d side of sauce for kids meal on table and kids box - just left it and face me attitude when I waited and asked politely to gave it cleaned up some time later

Kids Menu awesome

Choices for kids are excellent and always fresh. Fussy eaters loved the fries, nuggets and fish. Staff are happy and friendly.
