Excellent T bone steak but some observations

I had previously tried to book this restaurant on-line prior to our holiday based on very good reviews but had no replies/confirmation We decided to take a chance on our last night and went without notice but had no trouble finding a table as most people obviously eat later at night. It is located very much off the "beaten track" next to the Municipal swimming pool in a pleasant setting Although there was a attractive external eating area we decided to eat inside as there was a chill in the air. In fact there was ceiling fans operating and a couple behind had them switched off as they were not needed. Some pipped music would have helped enhance the atmosphere and ambience The staff were first class very pleasant/courteous and attentive and could not be faulted We all decided on T-Bone steaks and were not disappointed when they were served absolutely massive and cooked to perfection to our choice . They have an excellent chef who certainly knows how to cook steaks!. A plate of local chips came with the meal which were very tasty but given there were 4 adults the shared portion size was disappointing. We also decided to have a plate of grilled vegetables to share (not available as a side dish but as a starter) but at 15 euro;s this was an expensive addition to the main meal We all had the Almond and ice cream dessert which was home made and delicious but again we could shared one between 2 adults but that was our decision Without a doubt a truly excellent T-Bone steak the best we have ever had.

Relaxed Surroundings, Great Food

My wife and I ate here recently and were very impressed with the warm welcome we received and the quality and freshness of the food. It was really nice to be able to enjoy local cuisine in a warm and friendly environment. The service was attentive without being obstrusive.

Perfect for everyone

Whilst I ate here with my chap the beautiful restaurant would be perfect for friends, families or couples. There is indoor and outdoor garden seating both if which are relaxed and friendly. There is a good selection of grilled meats and paella. We shared a mixed salad and mixed paella- we had received complementary small bites to start and invariably had bread and olives. We couldn't finish everything but that was okay as we enjoyed our very delicious, beautifully presented meal. We had a decent bottle of white wine and the whole bill was less than 80 euros. Service was friendly and polite. I'd totally recommend this as a lovely place to have dinner whoever you are dining with

A special restaurant with a special host

Right from the entrance courtyard, you get a feeling that this is going to be something special. This is all but confirmed the moment you meet the restaurant manager. She is incredibly personable and has a welcoming smile that brings warmth to everyone. On entering the garden area, you cannot stop yourself thinking, “After a beginning like that, I really want this to be good”. Tomato salad (w/Tuna), croquettes and grilled octopus were ordered to start. The tomatoes were perfectly in season, the croquettes were light and flavoursome, with the grilled octopus being very lightly grilled, sitting on top of home made bread and seasoned with paprika. Every dish was wonderful and generous. Without notice, a further dish arrived compliments of our most wonderful host. Tortilla (Spanish Omelette). It was light and delicate tasting. Another great dish in-line with our other excellent starters. Next was the main course. We ordered the mixed paella for four and an entrecôte (steak) for the one amongst us, who does not enjoy seafood. Wow………Perhaps WOW would be more appropriate here. A gargantuan intimidating hot paella pan arrived, which was both beautiful and smelled wonderful. The waiters and manager smiled with pride as they presented it, which only added to the anticipation. The mix included chicken, pork, rabbit, squid, mussels, prawns and vegetables. The table was silent as each of us enjoyed every single bite. The flavours were intricate, balanced, yet distinctive. Despite our efforts, we could only eat half of it!! It certainly was an extremely generous serving, that easily could have fed a group of seven to eight. A node must also go to the entrecôte which was perfectly cooked, served medium rare with rustic hand cut fries and salad. Despite feeling extremely full, we still proceeded to order desert, as the homemade almond cake looked too good to ignore. Delicious. A quick mention to the wine list which is varied and sizeable. We throughly enjoyed both a local rosé and a litre of sangria. Las Tres Pallas Grill is a wonderful experience that I will never forget. High quality local food, excellent value and wonderful service make this a special restaurant. I will definitely return.

Great restaurant away from the crowds

Five minutes or so from the seafront with its wall to wall burger and pizza joints, you'll find this gem. Frequented by locals, run by a fabulous hostess and serving hearty wholesome dishes. Prices are fair and the setting is tranquil. We ate paella, steak and chicken, drank 'Bicycles and Fish' sav blanc and local beer.

This place doesn’t look much from the road but the service was friendly and the food was good. Full of locals. Most food is done on the grill. We had steaks, chicken & pork. Tasty aioli & bread. Nice salad. Only thing is we asked for green salad and it had tinned tuna on the top which none of us eat so couldn’t eat it. We were too full for desserts to shared one. Baileys panna cotta which was lovely.

The paella mixta was very tasty with different vegetables, meats, shrimps and mussels. The rabbit with the potato slices, I think, tossed in butter, was very juicy and tasty. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke very good German. The prices for the food and drinks were reasonable and relatively cheap.

Especially good meats, the toast is just right and not sticky, careful desserts. Pleasant surprise due to noise-free environment, sufficient space between tables, adequate ventilation. Correct sanitary hygiene. Friendly service without going overboard, correct. We will be back

Very attentive and friendly service. We had paella as a starter and beef fillet as a main course. Both dishes were extremely tasty. The meat was very tender with a lot of flavor. For dessert there was homemade cake with ice cream and crema catalana. Wine recommendation: Clio

Had a disappointing experience here, having seen the very positive reviews and had this restaurant recommended from our hotel. Main gripes: red wine was cold, steaks were chewy and the plates they were served on were ridiculously small. My t-bone was larger than the plate! Very basic - steak with half a potato and a slice of lemon.

Lovely Friendly Authentic Mallorcan Restaurant Off The Beaten Track

We were staying locally at Tent Playa de Palma and wanted to find a restaurant that didn’t involve going down to the busy and lively resort of S’Arenal before we went home. This restaurant was just a few minutes away and I cannot believe we didn’t discover it earlier. Such a warm friendly welcome by the staff and serving amazing local food. The paella and steaks are just amazing, plus the prices are cheaper than down in the main resort. Full of locals too which tells its own story. Would thoroughly recommend this restaurant. Just wish we’d found it earlier!

Simply delicious and genuine

Not a touristinfo trap. A genuine grill, Spanish style, with exceptionally good food at reasonable price and good service. Highly recommended. The menu is limited to a few delicious main courses, of course the mixed paella was heavenly, best ever. Likewise the steak, tender and juicy. The boneless chicken breast just as juicy and full of flavour. A grill we will enjoy returning to time and time again. Dining inside and outside. A hidden gem.

We tasted octopus and prawns with garlic. Fabulous. All extra fresh. The server was very pleasant and attentive. We will return there to taste the paella. Also note a very good almond cake. A telling sign is that this restaurant is mainly frequented by Spaniards.
