Verbano Mallorca stands for Modern Italian Kitchen. Our creative kitchen team does a marvellous job with homemade Pasta and Pizza from the stone oven. Every day from 12 o´clock on, you can enjoy our seasonal changing menu, with a wonderful glass of wine or a freshly tapped beer. The Verbano Restaurant is opened the whole year. A beautifully decorated and comfortable Italian. Authentic and inviting with a large selection of delicious meals to please all guests. Suitable for all ages, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The service is friendly and the owner was polite and kind, I even got myself a souvenir tshirt. A beautiful restaurant in prime prime location with hard workers, and wonderful views…highly recommend!

We had the prawn pasta and the pasta pollo, both were absolutely delicious. The prawns were the freshest I’ve ever tasted. The service was excellent. We would thoroughly recommend this restaurant (especially above and beyond many other places in this area!).

My experience at verbano was extremely pleasant. The ambiance and decor are amazing. I ordered their black pizza and loved it, one of the best margarita pizzas I’ve had, with their own twist to it. The waiters are very kind and friendly and very fast, waiting time is minimal. The drinks were also very good.

Outstanding newcomer in the district!

We totally enjoyed our stay in the Verbano. You will not expect to find such a unique and modern Italian restaurant very close to all the typical and famous party locations right on the Playa. Super friendly staff and the food is just outstanding 🤤 we really felt very welcome all the time. We got served from Karsten, a very friendly and gentle guy that seems one of the hosts of the Verbano restaurant. True legend and way above to all other service standards around this area. All dishes were freshly made in front of our eyes through the nice and stylish show kitchen. If you like Mediterranean food, the „Verbano Pfännchen“ is a must! So all the best to this great new opening that proofs that you can find more then just „Schnitzel“ and burgers at the Playa de Palma.

Spetacular dishes

The restaurant is located one block away from beach and has a very classy vibe. We tried the chicken pasta and it was excellent. For dessert went with the fried ice cream which was also fantastic. Cant go wrong with this place, just be aware that the dishes are very well served so for two people that dont eat that much dividing might be the best choice

Best decision!

We stopped by for dinner. Best decision! Atmosphere is chill and cool. The interior design is just awesome (green & flowers everywhere). There’s an open kitchen and every table provides a clear view of the chef working. Truly amazing. The staff is super friendly and truly cares about your experience. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about. Making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is delicious, some Italian classics and some twists. The starter - prawns with garlic, onions, olives, pepper, and olive oil – was served in a cast-iron skillet. We also ordered Bruschetta. Starters were super tasty. Main courses – pizza and flank steak stripes – were great too. Overall: outstanding and 100% worth it! Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone! Not to be missed!

Overpriced.

The food was generally tasteless, and required a lot of salt. Big portions, but almost a little too much. Saw several tables around us with half-eaten meals, and most people (including us) took leftover pizza home. The service was good, but the food came very slowly. There were many guests at the restaurant this evening, but several guests who arrived long after us at the restaurant had paid by the time we got our main course. All in all, we don't think the price (90 euros) matched the quality of the meal. Would rather spend the money elsewhere. It was also a bit special that the waiter asked us for tips instead of us deciding for ourselves.

Power outage

The food that we got was really nice even though the neighborhood had a huge power outage when we were there. We mainly ordered food that doesn’t require cooking. Except for the a 2 people dish that included falafels. We never got the falafels for them or any kind of compensation and they even charged the full price. I know that the power outage is not their fault but a little compensation would have been nice like more olives or cheese or a free drink.

Thanks for the feedback. We are sorry about the situation without electricity. It was really complicated for us. We served double bruschetta with the antipasti as an apology for the falafel. Unfortunately we did not communicate that. We definitely should have done that. Again, sorry. Thank you for your visit and see you next time.

What a great find! As part of a large group travelling on business we had booked to go to Verbano. The team were helpful, food was really tasty, I had prawn pasta and it was packed with prawns oh and the drinks were refilled quickly. We all had a great evening, food drinks and company. Thank you 😊

Best pasta ever

Best pasta ever My husband had the brushetta with goats cheese just delious I had the prawns in garlic and chilli, Just to die for. Mains Pasta aglio olio with added prawns, so tasty and a very good size portion. My husband had pasta pollo , he said it was one of the nicest pastas he has ever had. The service was very attentive but not too much and the restaurant is very clean with a lovely atmosphere. Great house wine. If you like good food don't miss this place.

Fabulous food but let down by the air con

Warm welcome and given the choice of sitting outside or inside with air con. Given the temperature we opted for air con - sadly it wasn’t cool at all which is why this is 4 stars not 5. Only when we left did we realise that it was actually cooler outside!! We had the most delicious prawn starter in garlic, off the scale served with fresh bread and followed by spaghetti bolognaise and pasta with prawns and chilli. Both were incredible. Very reasonably priced and great service. The only thing to let it down genuinely was the air con. It won’t stop me from returning but I’ll where to sit next time….

Lots of money paid for poor quality

Pizza dry and partially burned Chicken schnitzel was pressed meat from the deep fryer Burgers also dry and tasteless Entrecote riddled with tendons Service inattentive Price performance is not right here at all. Location for this very good. A lot of money paid for bad food. Had high expectations (advertising radio etc.) . Were really disappointed... too bad

Everything was great. The friendly waiter entered all of our requests into a tablet and the drinks and later the food arrived in no time. Everything was incredibly tasty. The pizza and the pepper sauce are a dream. If you come once, you'll become a regular.

A bit of a flop

We had high expectations, given the hype on TA. A real disappointment. The food was average at best. A pretty limited menu - kids pizza was inedible and the seafood spaghetti was dry and somewhat lacking in fish. Staff were very friendly and the venue itself is nice. That said, if this is a top 5 restaurant in Playa De Palma, it doesn’t say much for the rest….
