What an outstanding experience! Food was fresh and delicious. The staff was attentive and on point. Our appetizers were scrumptious and dinner was amazing. The ambiance is fantastic and the views of this resort are beautiful. You must come to this restaurant to partake in...their delicious food. We highly recommend this restaurant. The food presentation was beautiful and the sorbet and deserts were so delicious.More

If you wish to eat out by the pool book in advance. I'd bring mosquito replellant as well. Sitting out as dusk falls you get a great show as hte local bats come form the trees to feed over the pool. Great food and excellent...service. One night we could not eat out becasue of a wedding reception.... but the hotel is well used and good.More

We have visited this place 3 times now. Just a good everytime. We got married at the hotel so the food we served was the same as in the restaurant. Many guests tell us how the food we served at our wedding was the best...they had ever tasted xMore

Had dinner with my wife. after quite a full lunch, so we did not order the tasting menu which had been our original idea. We had two tapas and a main course. Great food and attentive service. Unfortunately it was raining so we could not...sit outside in the poolside garden. However, we did sit out for café and brandies afterwards.More

We had several meals here whilst staying at the hotel. The food was always excellent but the service really could be improved a great deal. Staff seemed more interested in the computer than the customers, though all of them were pleasant and helpful. Some highlights...- foie gras terrine, asparagus and goats cheese salad, hake with black garlic, abanda rice. Also try the Sein wine.More

Warmly welcomed as we entered the lovely spacious dining room. We'd not booked but were shown to 'our table', beautifully laid, overlooking the pool on one side & the restaurant on the other. Excellent. Leopoldo was our waiter. Professional & friendly. Flawless service. We chose...a wine from Jumilla; Juan Gil. A great choice from a not too long list. A delicious amuse-bouche was served with bread rolls still warm from the oven. We opted for the pate to share as a 1st course: the presentation was exquisite, the taste even better. I had the the slow cooked lamb, tasty, sweet, melt-in-the mouth. She had Angus steak. Both perfectly cooked. Delicious. She then had an apple tart for dessert. Very fancy. Cooked to order (15 minute wait), worthwhile. A most pleasurable lunch/experience overall. Return/Recommend? Oh Yes. UnreservedlyMore

It was our third time to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with family. Always loved to come here due to great surrounding and great food. We stay for summer in a different city, but would travel there specially for this place. Service was always...a bit slow but in general ok, this time it was unbearable. Terribly slow and inefficient. We came early among the first by the time of the opening so can’t explain it that they were tired and overly busy. The waiter came to take the order after few calls, in the middle of taking the order ran away somewhere, was doing some other work in between then came back to finish taking the order. That was strange... next waiter brought the wine, I was the one to taste, then he poured everyone around full glass of wine and forgot about me, I stayed with a small tasting portion for a while, since they take bottles away and you can’t service yourself. For the dessert it took a while to get their attention to first get a menu, then order and then get it. I had to call for the passing by waiter 4 times, each time raising the voice to get their attention... they were busy with cleaning empty tables which did seem strange to me in terms of priorities... impatient client vs. empty table with no new clients around. We started at 8.30 pm (time when they open) and finished at 11.30 pm. Very tired of waiting and getting attention, we had my little son with us, he was already asleep. The most annoying was that everyone around us who came later was served much faster, and they were complete before us... I don’t know if it is related in any way to being a tourist vs local effect, but would expect a more decent service for the bill of 180 eur and Michelin’s rating. Food was great as usual and we were prepared to wait to an extent, but not prepared to be that much ignored and always being the last in prioritization compared to other tables be they occupied or empty! Disappointing experience overall in the endMore

Interesting menu and selection. The lobster croquetas are a definite standout and the selection of rice dishes was very good. The wine list was very good and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable
