A lovely place to be with outside decking and a cozy interior. Helpful waiter kindly translated the menu to English for us and we had some tasty dishes. Norwegian prawn cocktail on toast (skagen) with truffle fries was very tasty, fresh and filling. Friends also had the moules frites which they loved.

Usually we eat at Jotunstogo when passing, as they serve okay food quickly. This day their daily recommendation wasn't to my liking, so we decided to try the tapas place across the street. Tapas took quite a long time to appear. Servers seemed uninterested, even to a degree that's below Norwegian "standards". The dishes were small, even for a tapas... More

We had an adequate dinner, but nothing exceptional. Venison burgers were quite over-cooked, but otherwise tasty. Beer selection was decent.

We went there after climbing the famous Beseggen mountain. We ordered the Picadillo tapas for two. The chef put together a tapas meal for you. The meatballs were dry and tasted like their were re-heated from yesterdays prep. Then a bowl of 5 potatoes, apparently baked. We got our food in 10 min so how could the potatoes be finished?... The menue looked very promising with various tapas, some fish and burgera as well. all of the tapas tasted like it was pre-cooked and reheated before it was served, but apparently didn't have time to get it properly heated.... the wine list is good, service great and the modern design makes you feel like you are back in the city.

More of a bar/brasserie than a tapas bar. The food was good pub fayre, burgers, fish & chips, etc. Food quality was good, service was excellent. A bit crowded, but always a good sign. Just opposite the slopes, you can eat and watch people skiing.

Really enjoyed ourselves at this cozy mountain restaurant. Had an early dinner around 4pm. Lunch menu until 6pm, which had a nice selection of classic dishes. One of us had the mussels, one had fish & chips. We were both very happy with our choices. What really made the difference was the waitress who was very attentive and unusually friendly,... More
