So I believe they have literally converted their home into a small cafe, they serve home cooked food which is where this place is a real hidden gem. The food tastes amazing, and so is the view from the cafe.

Café Culture is fantastic-- a humble café perched in one of the best locations of Gangtok, overlooking mountain peaks and just minutes from the MG Marg. The food is delicious and fresh and made by a friendly and quick staff! I always come to this café when I'm in Gangtok because the people are great and the food is always... More

I only came here because i was staying in the hotel next door and even then only for breakfast. The prices were a bit high and sadly i didn't sample much on their menu but breakfast was great. The owners are very friendly and the kitchen was spotless.

First off I'm a veggie and this place really caters to meat eaters but what limited Veg fare they did provide was good, esp manchurian. Due to poor timing on our part, we arrived just as they were closing or else before they were open and every time they happily provided what they could. The wife does the cooking and... More

Quaint, warm and friendly cafe, while it is open all day long, you'd be assured of lavish local fare if you call in advance. Run home-style, this is the ideal place to go to to experience ( at leisure; a meal here will take time) cuisine of the region beyond momos! Go with the recommendations made by the owner, she... Took some time for food to come, but the lovely lady who also happens to run the place and the owner was friendly, appologetic, gave a local drink on the house. Food was homely, very tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Go there if you want to try out the local delicacies.....Highly recomended.

You all should be wondering, why such a poor rating. Simple matter of the fact that beside having a wonderful host, Cafe Culture's lacks the substance, i.e food I was very excited about 6 course meal, surely after reading all the reviews All i ended up having was only one non-veg dish, rest all vegetarian Sag Sabzi. When you are... More
