ZUKA (earlier known as Choco-la) is Pondicherry 1st and exclusive chocolates and chocolate desserts boutique. Here's a desserts corner that you may find anything and everything to do with chocolate. All chocolate raw materials are sourced from Belgium and France and final products created in Pondicherry. Apart from over 200 chocolate based desserts, the chocolaterie also constantly creates chocolate montages and other interesting ideas through chocolate. If you walk in to ZUKA, look up at the ceiling to find over 800 miniature chocolate butterflies created using chocolate. Some of the most interesting creatives are Chocolate footballs, Cricket kits (the cricket bat was presented to Indian Cricket Captain M.S.Dhoni), 12Ft long Vintage Chocolate Train, 2 Mtr tall Chocolate Statue of Liberty and lots more.. ZUKA, has won many accolades including BBC good Food Magazine's as India's No.1 Chocolate Boutique in terms of quality. Amazing dessert place

One of the best hot chocolates I've ever had. The hot chocolate is much recommended (given you have a sweet tooth). Apart from that, the pastries and cakes are good too. Also, the milk chocolate pakoras are something new to experiment (Fried chocolate). Overall, a must visit dessert place if you're in Pondicherry.

The hot chocolate!!

We went in while they were opening the store and they still served us their signature hot chocolate. It is so rich and I can absolutely say I haven't had a hot chocolate this good ever. Chocolate pakoras were brought home, so light and cruncy, all at home enjoyed it.

Awesome Hot Chocolate and Nice Desserts

This is a must try place in Pondicherry for some Hot Chocolate and drool worthy desserts. They don't have their own seating but they have a tie-up with adjacent Cafe Ole where you can have Zuka Desserts and Hot Chocolate. I went for 54 degree hot chocolate and a chocolate sensation cake. Both tasted pretty awesome. I wish there could be more variety in eggless desserts.

Cafe to the rescue

Being a coffee and cafe lover in general. I was searching for a nice cafe on the promenade stretch and this was caught my eye. The seating is not that great with just 3 small tables but that was not the priority as much as what is available to order. Got a cappuccino and mysore maharaja coffee and bank it was on spot. It's the only cafe available near by so go directly there if you want a nice coffee and stuff. They have lot of other stuff such as cup cakes, cookies, puffs, etc but I was too full to order anything

Many new flavours of homemade Chocolates

This I can say as one of the must visit places in Pondycherry if you are a dessert or chocolate lover. Many varieties of cakes and chocolates. A bit expensive but also yummy. The ambience us good, clean and njoyable. 2 wheeler parking available.

Fantastic Chocolate Cafe

Fine Chocolate Confectionery shop. Best Hot Chocolate ever experienced. ! Located very near to the Promenade Hotel. Only drag is the quantity of the drinks. Perhaps they could give a choice of a bigger sized cup.

Nice cafe

It was hot afternoon walk on the promenade. Tired & hungry, we were looking for a cafe. Walked by this one. Glad we decided to step in. Its a tiny place with just 2-3 tables. We had d chocolate croissant. It was absolutely delicious. Staff was polite, service was quick. Quite a popular spot on the promenade

Love their choclate

Must try their vodka and rum chocolates. Pastries and cakes was good not something extraordinary. Can't say a must palce to visit, but if you are around the corner, can try it.

I am not sure if its the lockdown effect but visited today and bought Walnut chocochip cake, lemon tart caramel tart and chocolate fudge all was stale and not good at all. Very disappointed

Die for chocolates

Enter this place and the smell of chocolates would make u forget all ur tiredness. Chocolate cup, saucer, chocolate spoon, hot chocolate drink, emergency chocolate, brownie, caramel tart, dark chocolates, white chocolates, walnuts, Swiss,mousse and what not... GET CRAZY WITH THIS PLACE..
