I knew Jeremy and his sister years ago and I am glad they have kept the name on though the very eccentric and good fun Jeremy who made the place so interesting is now deceased. It is what you want from a beach bar, on...the beach, good drinks, sandwiches, not all pretentious, friendly people. Lovely place.More

We went to Jeremy's Kitchen last year when we visited the BVI and if anything this year it's gotten even better. The breakfast we had was yummy and Emma could not have been more helpful in every respect even helping us with a dinghy problem...we had. And the latte - yum! Don't miss Jeremy's Kitchen!More

Emma is a gem and the lattes are perfect. Don't miss! Right on the beach at Trellis bay. I didn't get a chance to sample there food other than eggs benedict which were very good.

We ate here as our first night on a bareboat charter. There were only two choices ashore: this and the Roti Hut. The menu selection isn't huge so be prepared to order seafood or ..... seafood. I know it's the islands, but it's always nice...to have at least one meat or chicken dish. The service was decent, the food was meh. Nothing special. The mosquitos are terrible here - no fault of the restaurant but be prepared with bug spray. Also, we were surprised when the bill arrived - they charge a 5% service fee to use a credit card. Just be aware.More

Close to the airport and moorings, this restaurant has customers who have little choice where to eat. If you have a choice skip it. We arrived at 6:30pm and were seated promptly. We ordered soon afterwards and then a half hour later were told my...choice (chicken roti) was not available. I substituted vegetarian curry. When we will weren't served by 7:45pm, I asked the waiter where our food was. I asked how long and he replied 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later our food was still not there and I asked again. He asked if I wanted to cancel the order. Since restaurants in that area close at 9pm, it was too late to cut our loses and go elsewhere. The food finally did arrive and was mediocre to poor. We finished dinner at 9:00 too late to buy groceries at the markets which all close at 9pm. If you can go elsewhere, go. If you can't good luck.More

Hello Stephen, Thanks for taking the time to write this. It is very disappointing and I apologise for the terrible service you had. We will investigate this thoroughly as you will see that nearly all our other reviews are 5 star. AW

We love this place at all hours of the day. They pour a nice cup of coffee with a mean cheese cake, have good lunch food and we had an excellent dinner. During the Full Moon Party they offered live music. We love Trellis Bay,...it's a favorite during our sailing vacation. We did wonder why the government of the BVI doesn't start cleaning up the ship wrecks from hurricane Irma. Looks a bit sad. Another thing we wonder about: why on earth are there buoys added to the channel of Trellis Bay. They are in the middle of the mooring area and take up space that was in the past dedicated to mooring. That's really too bad because it is hard to find a spot at the Full Moon Party. It is like a strange channel is "invented" in the middle of the bay where you don't need it at all. Who-ever is responsible for this, please reconsider, it's a pity for us faithful sailors, who love to visit Trellis Bay. But Jeremy's is a gem!More

Trellis Bay got hammered by hurricane Irma a little more than two years ago and the area has been slow to recover. Sadly, there are still some wrecked boats on shore that haven't been removed. Even sadder, several landmark restaurants and bars won't return. Jeremy's...Kitchen, however, has quietly reopened in the past few days. I live nearby and, pre-Irma, it was a favorite spot where I would bring guests for casual breakfasts and lunches. The signature dish was the "Awesome Sandwich" which was, well, awesome! I had been wanting to check it out and see if the sandwiches were still as good. I met a friend for lunch today and we both ordered Awesome's. It was just as good as I remembered. I'm not sure what makes this sandwich so delicious, but it probably starts with the home baked rustic bread. An awesome sandwich is tasty, messy to eat, and very filling. It wasn't crowded when we visited and Trellis Bay had very few boats. Of course, the season hasn't really started. Things will be quite different in another month. We were served by Emma, who's now running the place, and the service was friendly and attentive. Emma's serving breakfasts and lunches 7 days per week and dinners Fri-Sun. She's waiting on her credit card machine so she was only accepting cash and checks. I imagine she'll be accepting CC's soon and will expand the dinner offering before the rush of season. If you've been missing your awesome fix - or you've never tried one - check it out. JK is back!More

This was our second time to Tortola & we missed seeing Trellis Bay the 1st time here, so we had to come on our 2nd trip to the island. We heard good things about Jeremy's, so we decided to try it for ourselves for lunch...& were very pleased. It's a great place to relax by the water with views of the bay & service was very friendly. I can't remember what kind of sandwich I ordered (I don't care for roti), but it was 1 of their specials on multi-grain bread. A very delicious monster sandwich -- had to take half of it home in a box & enjoyed it for lunch the next day at our villa. I don't know whether Jeremy's survived the wrath of Hurricane Irma since all reports I see from Tortola say the island is almost completely devastated now. If they are up & running or find their way back to being in business, it is worth the drive to Trellis Bay to have 1 of their sandwiches with their special sauce. If we make it back to Tortola in future years, we will seek out Jeremy's, for sure.More
