The new revamped bistro is excellent for a quick pub meal with an nice open air type feeling. You dine inside, or at the bench watching the world go by at the open windows or you can eat at a small table on the footpath out the front.

Very happy with the quality of the food, menu choices and the price...even the service was pleasant. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner whilst staying in the upstairs accommodation. Overall good experience.

Enjoyed our first visit since the refurbishment. The new upmarket beach atmosphere of the bar/restaurant has certainly brought a tired venue up to modern standards. We called in for dinner on a chilly Sunday night and were impressed with the number of other diners there. No doubt when summer arrives seating will be at a premium and the tables on... More

Very noisy on a Saturday night. Guitarist/singer could barely be heard. Tried a tasting plate with Duck Spring Rolls (very nice), Lamb Kofta's (too dried out to eat) and Pepper prawns (also too dry but edible). My son had a Pie and mushy peas which was pretty ordinary. Most dishes quite pricey for a pub meal.

We went for dinner and where impressed by the new décor, staff where friendly but we had to wait for 40 mins for a standard fish and chips, chicken with brie was great and probably worth waiting for, must need more hands in the kitchen !

Came for midweek lunch. Decor was nice, service was friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious and great value for money. I was very impressed and will definitely be back. I shared a tapas tower with my friend and it was heaps of food for two. My brother had the steak sandwich which was HUGE and my other friend got garlic... More

Flathead fish was well cooked and fresh. The staff was friendly and it is right on a major road. Good area for family dining.
