The view from the Kitchen Tasting Bench was absolutely brilliant. The chefs were so enthusiastic, taking every opportunity to explain the working of a Michelin Star kitchen - menu design, prep and organisation. Oh yes the food was exceptional too! For once this was not...More

Beautiful food presented in a comfortable dining room and well worthy of its Michelin star. While you take your pre-dinner drink in the lounge and make your choices, canapes are served - three tasty and attractive morsels that do their job in increasing your impatience...More

Don't be put off by preconceived notions; you will be able to relax and be well treated in a very relaxed atmosphere. Stuffiness is not a Derbyshire trait.
