Stopped here on a road trip for a coffee and wasn't disappointed. There are gardens at the back that the kids had a run-around in and the staff were very nice.

The cafe, it's food and the service were all very, very good. Only wanted a cabinet snack to eat and there was a more than adequate selection on display. The only problem was selecting something of the quantity I wanted. Settled on a very tasty...More

A very long wait for very bland food. People serving were lovely and friendly though. But if you’re looking for ambiance and good vibes don’t head here.

We loved the fresh, open feel of this place. And the menu, while not imaginative, looked fine for breakfast. We had muesli and coffee. The coffee was good and the muesli seemed fine. I would like to have given this place a much higher rating...More

My partner and I really enjoyed our breakfast here. The Christmas decorations, art on the walls, and scenic view at the back of the Cafe gave it a relaxing atmosphere. We took away some desserts to eat after we completed the Glow Worm Caves in...More

Nice facilities, setting and ambiance (and coffee) but could have more healthy options. Mostly pies, bread based or sweets. Only one salad, the Caesar salad which had dry chicken and dry mesculum (vs lettuce). Wouldn't have been able to get it down without the dressing....More

Stopped on the way home from Ruapehu to Whangarei. Kids had the most delicious looking pies and I had an out of this world quiche experience. It's the second time I've stopped here and both times it was bustling with people - the food is...More

Stopped here late Saturday afternoon for lunch. Great range of food on offer so had a pumpkin salad and a chicken fajita with carrot cake to finish. Salad was excellent, fajita was okay but wouldn’t have the carrot cake again. Very dry and not much...More

Description
Bosco Café has been providing travellers and locals with great coffee, sustenance and relaxation for over 15 years. We are known far and wide as the place to stop in Te Kuiti. Our food is wholesome, tasty and satisfying. There is a wide range of items in the counter display, as well as an extensive breakfast menu and several made-to-order lunch items to choose from. Everything we sell is made in our kitchen (except the famous Denheath custard squares which we import from the South Island). We have a selection of vegetarian and gluten free items available at all times. We operate in a lovely timber and glass building, architecturally designed and purpose built. On fine days customers enjoy our outdoor seating area and garden, with beautiful Brook Park as a backdrop. We have plenty of parking, both in front and behind the café.
