I gigi cafe is one of the great finds in Hove. The food is divine and it's juts what we love. Apart from the regular menu there is also a specials board. They use gorgeous breads, fresh produce and if you like cakes then you will be in 'cake heaven'. Our favourite is BYO (build your own) Lovely toasted bread,... More

This is a truly beautiful place and the staff were very welcoming. Once we were sat down however, we were pretty much forgotten about. It took the waitress 20 mins to take our order, another 20 mins to get our coffee (which was superb btw) then another 50 mins to get our food! Not acceptable given it was only grilled... More

Took my mum here for brunch whilst she was visiting, I am ashamed to say I love around the corner however had never been in the cafe part of Igigi before though my mum had several times and she was desperate to return. The set up is so unique but lovely how everything is prepared by the side of you... More

What a quaint beautiful cafe. It is situated above the shop so you wouldn't necessarily know it was there! It's beautiful inside, the food and service was great too. It was all cooked fresh in front of you and was perfect for breakfast/brunch/lunch. A great selection of home made cakes too! Would definitely recommend a visit, is a little small... More

The shop is utterly beautiful and the cafe is a surprise upstairs that not everyone knows about. The cakes are divine, the food delicious and I love going there with a friend or on my own. It's so laid back it doesn't matter. Sunday brunch gets busy, so get there on time!

Had a delicious lunch which was a Spanish omelette and gorgeous chai tea with almond milk. Intimate place to meet a girlfriend and have a good natter supported by professional young staff. Fab and I will definitely be back and have already recommended.

I gigi is a real treat of a place. The food is superb, the atmosphere great and nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff. Don't walk by, go in and try! You won't be sorry. I've had scrambled egg and soup so far. I'm dying to try their cakes which look superb.

Love this little gem, hidden away upstairs in a beautiful building. The breakfasts are great and made in front of you by the waitresses, but save room for the cake. Cake heaven! That's all!

Great place! It looks like a shop but just upstairs you can discover the perfect atmosphere! A nice, private room with great cakes and food. As you walk in the room you find some tables (just a few) and a gorgeous exposition of cakes. We hade different things, I got falafel and hummus and I shared it, good size of... More

This is a small cafe with original cakes. My favorite is chocolate with beetroot. On first floor we can buy some natural staff ( clothes and so on).
