The interior and terrace are both beautiful. Food is also good and reasonably priced. We saw a lot of people eating a parmigiana spaghetti w brandy, which they cook in front of the guest... Wonder if that's good..

Always a favourite when coming to Specchia. Attentive service, delicious food, fresh and well presented, all in the beautiful surroundings of Specchia's countryside. A must.

Three things you must do before you die: go to Specchia and eat the following in La Ficarigna - the crustcean ravioli, the pasta with spinach and bechamel with a walnut sauce, and the steak. This is one of the best places I've ever eaten. And I've eaten in a lot of places!

Average Italian restaurant. good food but nothing that stands out. Huge brightly lit restaurant with many busy staff. Obviously very popular.

A friend had suggested this place to me a few years ago and told me about the pasta served from the grana cheese form. I had always wanted to try it, especially because my friend knows good food, but since Specchia is a trek from my house, I never made it, until this past June. I did order their house... More

This locally well rated restaurant was quiet on the evening we visited and service was quick and efficient. Internally the decor is quirky and kitsch and with so few diners the atmosphere was flat. The food from a fairly limited menu was, though, exciting and original. The renowned pasta flambé prepared next to our table was an exercise in culinary... More

I have been to this restaurant several times, so I tried different things, and can tell without doubt that everything is very tasty there... My favorites are: their specialty 'pasta flambe', which is not only a meal, but also a show, as they make it in front of your table, another pasta I am crazy about is 'agnolotti with ricotta... This is definitely one of best restaurant in the area. Food is well prepared and nicely served and you can taste the typical things and flavours of Puglia in a slightly more sofisticated way of cooking. Service was good and polite and we didn't have to wait too long, though it was not a very crowded night. We had dinned... More

Best dish ever!! Our masseria owner recommended this place and mentioned the 'pasta flambe'. We thought it was kind of a gimmick that they flambe cheese. However, we ordered one to share and then absolutely had to go back and have it again 2 days later!! They flame a huge wheel of grano padano cheese. This softens it, so they... More

I arranged a dinner for 25 people here with the goal to let my guests taste great food, wine and have a great experience. The owner helped me put together a price worthy menu and served absolutely delicious food. Everything was served on time, together, more food than we could eat and the personnel was really nice. I strongly recommend... More
