Visited for dinner tonight. Very nice traditional Scottish pub that has everything you would need for a nice relaxing evening. The menu may be limited for some but we found there was plenty to choose from. A very nice dinner with attentive staff.

Looking forward to a traditional bar lunch, we headed to the Redgarth. The decor is conservative and the welcome very friendly, but sadly the bar lunch menu is stuck in the past and doesn't offer a great deal of choice. My partner ordered Cullen Skink,...More

Our food was good but the Bar/Lounge dates back to the Seventies.Extremely old fashioned and in need of a makeover. In this year of 2016. I cannot see what there is to entice patronage of the Redgarth.Staff were lovely and very attentive.

I have been here several times, I love it. Very good roast dinners, excellent fish but the best bit are the oven roasted vegetables. Has s good selection of real ales. Good for families, couples or just a quiet drink.
