You might feel like you´re in a good Italian comedy, but the loud and nutty performance of the owner is a perfect introduction to the correct plates (though not many options) you might enjoy!

The thing that attracted us to this restaurant was the sign outside. Yes, It was exactly what we were looking for. No Pizza, No Pasta. No Diet Coke. No Cappuccino. No Internet. A sure sign that it was not a typical touristic restaurant. Yes, it's...More

Tiny restaurant. Tiny menu selection but everything we had was stupendous! Fagiola soup. Wonderful! Grilled pecorino with ham. Heavenly. Salad with incredibly fresh tomatoes. Loved every minute and every bite!

Fabulous authentic Italian food in a beautiful piazza in picturesque Pienza! Don't miss the amazing bean soup, grilled cheese and bacon and homegrown tomatoe dishes...absolutely divine and our favourite meal while we were in Italy. Kick back, enjoy a table outdoors and let the generous...More

Yes, the bean soup was probably the best we have ever had and the melted cheese toast with bacon made me swoon. But probably what made the experience so memorable was how we were taken care of by the owner. Yes, we did wait for...More

Unorganized. Chaotic. Rude. More of a bistro atmosphere. I do not recommend going here when your wishing to spend a longer dinner here.

Super-local place. Typical food of the region Toscana, excellent quality. Usually gets full as soon as it opens (at 12.00), so be right on time because no reservation is allowed for lunch. However it will end up being the kind of place you don't mind...More

Lovely setting in a pedestrian square. Take the owner’s recommendations and you won’t be disappointed. Wine by the carafe, charged for only what you pour out.

Definitely make a reservation! It's a small, very popular restaurant, whether you're eating inside or outside. The roast pork is wonderful!
