What a great surprise in this small mountain village. Absolute good kitchen, with dialy a slightly different menu. We had a couple of diners at Marina during our stay in the village. English might an issue, but with the friendly attitude of the waitress and...internet nowadays solved easily! The menu also contained good choice in local dishes. Recommended!More

The village of Casoli is very small and pretty, this amazing little bar restaurant adds to the charm of a visit to Casoli. From a simple coffee to an evening meal or just for drinks, this is worth a visit. Add to this that is...cheap but home cooked food. AmazingMore

This is set in a small Tuscan hill top village, well worth the drive. It's a wonderful village and this is just an amazing restaurant with fantastic food but you need to book in advance as it is very popular.

Located on the mountain directly across from my village Bar Marina was a wonderful find!! I've eaten here at least 10x's. The fried pasta with prosciutto and stracchino is a perfect appetizer for 3-4. Airy, puffy, non greasy, the best I've had. All the pasta...dishes are equally good. Their scallopine with lemon sauce is my favorite entree!! Their steak entree is cooked to perfection. Stefy's eggplant when she makes it is a must as a side dish. If you have room the cheesecake is fantastic, the best and closest to NY cheesecake!! And in Italy yes!! The drive up a very narrow one lane mountain road is quite harrowing but the restaurant, views are well worth it!More

Local food in familial atmosphere at democratic price. Kid friendly. We come eat every time visiting Tuscany even it's a bit out of the way. Our daughters loved the parppadelle with bacon. Meat dish was gorgeous. Thank you Bar Marina and till next time!

This hilltop village, Casoli, is absolutely stunning. Go for a walk through it (go down right-hand side of the main church - to lovely hillside farm) before heading back to the restaurant for dinner/lunch. Sitting outside under the shade of trees and the overhanging lanterns...are further perfected by the backdrop of Tuscan houses and hills! Just loved the atmosphere and environment. Been back twice in three weeks! Large menu selection - ravioli is my favourite! Their antipasto is scrumptious. Super friendly service. All in all an experience for all your senses.More

An interesting drive up to this small hilltop village. Well worth the drive. The friendliness of the restaurant staff was exceptional. Four of us delightful alfresco lunch under the shady trees. Quite an extensive menu, but when I saw trippa, that made my day. Friendliest...host, genuine Tuscan home cooking. Very satisfied Aussies, recommended. Max & Ann Magilton, June 2017More

Food is excellent and not expensive at all. Very, very friendly people. The village itself is an authentic mediëval village where time seems to have come to a halt.

After a nice drive to this hillside village, expect some really good food. It is one of our favourites. Eat inside ....quite a small room , or outside. I believe they are shut on Tuesdays. NB....take cash....they don't accept cards.

if you are a foodie who is knowledgable about authentic Tuscan food, if you love light delicious home made pasta, thin and crispy pizza, freshly made tuscan dishes in a pleasant atmosphere and clean surroundings then avoid this place. it should certainly not be placed...above some of the really good restaurants in the area. The 1 star is for the pleasant staff who run the place.More
