bon appetit - worth a visit

like all the outlets of barbeque nation throughout the nation , this nice little place place at Durgapur can be called a new kid on the block. the place is neat n tidy, good ambience , enough seating , prompt staff who attend the patrons while the piping hot and mouth watering table is on your plate and what else is coveted. the mocktails are good which are a part of the welcome drink rather well made. as far as the food goes , it is great worth the money but do not compare it to the one's of Delhi, Bangalore or Mumbai as the live kitchen counters of those outlets are amazing . the live kitchen will take a little while to rise up but be assured none goes disappointed. it does not have a liquor licence , hence no beer or hard drinks served. may be in future it might have , just being optimistic. the starters were good enough to fill and i ran out of gas to wage another battle on the main course. yes there was this final throttle on the sweet dishes . managed to get going. am not naming what i ate because all barbeque nations have a similar starter set up , but i definitely missed the grilled pineapple. it was not there. but i must mention without being biased that the rui bhapa ( fish curry) and mutton kassa was very good and grilled fish in the starters are not to be missed . it is pocket friendly for those once in a while outing. posting a few pics for glimpse . enjoy . bon - appetit.

Great service , delicious food and Wheelchair-firendly

We had booked a reservation a day before on their website. They called us to confirm on the day. We did it the right way coz while we were having our food inside, we saw a big queue outside and wondered if they had booked as well. The food was tasty, the service was fast and the staff was very courteous and helpful. And best part was that it was wheelchair accessible even though it was on the first floor of the building and there were 2 lifts. Only one shortfall was that the entrance to the lifts from the ground floor parking had a one step high barricade and we had difficulty in crossing over in the wheelchair. If something could be done to remove it or make a ramp, it would be helpful.

Fabulous food, super service and conscious effort to keep customers safe! Loved my recent visit to this place. Mr Anand, our table manger deserves a mention for his superior attention to detail and customer service. Nothing is too much. In addition to the amazing food, the management also took great care to ensure social distancing, frequent use of sanitizers and strict implementation of masks. I felt really comfortable to enjoy my time here with my aging parents and young child. I would definitely add this place to my must visit list!

Awesome service

Four of us visited on a Saturday lunchtime. Plenty of spread (we tried non-veg), excellent quality of food. But the best part was the service from the manager (Biswajit) to the table boy (Rana). Rana was awesome. We will visit again for these two persons.

Totally enjoyed the food ...all the staffs were at their toes ...specially KHAIRUL was awesome as he served the food to my mom...he was very polite and always had a smile on his face...Kudos to him🙂🙂

We booked a few seats through their app. Their service is quite good. Starters included prawns, corns, fish, chicken, potatoes and other veg items. You can have as much as you want. After that, proceed for main course, but items were limited and I didn't like the taste. Biryani really disappointed me. Deserts were good though.

Great kababs n starters

I have been to Salt lake(Kolkata) barbeque nation numerous times, and really like their spread of starters. The Durgapur outlet also seems to be pretty close to the quality they maintain @ Kolkata. The only starter I didn't like was Chicken tengri kabab. It was served a lil cold and lil less spicy. Rest was good. My favorites were prawn, fish kababs and crispy corn.

Excellent Ambience Excellent Food Variety Excellent Food Quality Excellent Presentation Excellent Staff-behavior .... and all you getting at Durgapur !!! No scope for any complaints. We had our buffet dinner (n veg).. can be divided into three segments First, The Starters - mutton kebabs, grilled fish, prawns,chicken and tried paneer and potato too.. with variety of chatney. They come non stop till u raise the stop flag. Second, Main Course - ha ha.. list is almost unlimited Ch biriyani, ch frd rice,chowmin,veg biriyani, mutton rogan josh, chilli chicken, butter naan, kulcha, daal makhni, paneer pasnd, malai kofta, mix veg, malai corn, plain rice, mustard fish..etc etc along with variety of soups ,salads, chatney and papads. Oh.... take some rest.. Now comes the last and the sweetest part The Desserts- Hot mini golab jamun, variety of Kulfy, variety of icecreams, cheese cake(just awesome),mini cake... can't write more.......

Visited BBQ Nation in Durgapur on 12 April to celebrate birthday of my daughter. Though one generally gets a table but its advisable to book in advance. A small complementary cake was and singing of Happy Birthday song made my kid feel special. The snacks and drinks are good (like all other BBQ- Nation outlets) The buffet needs variation and better preparation. A few items were tasteless. Review 4/5 Recommendation Yes

As usual menus are similar as in other cities . Hospitality is very good. We have been there last week for a birthday celebration . They arranged a cake for us and joined us for a brief celebration in their style which was well appreciated .

The Barbeque Nation of Durgapur!

This is the first oulet of Barbeque Nation in Durgapur, offers good ambience and is located in Prime location. The food is great here with buffets started from 499 (excluding GST an SC). Barbeques and desserts are worth trying. Overall it was a great experience. Lets hope they maintain the same taste in future.
