We tried this place for breakfast. Although, whatever was served was ok, the server took about 45 mins to serve French toast which was quite bad. On top of that we were also made to pay the service charge ( realised this after paying the bill). There was no manager available to take feedback.

A nice restaurant in Noida.

I came to Noida in mid January from Los Angeles for a business trip and was skeptical about the food that would be available. After settling down, I searched the nearby restaurants and found Alma Bakery & Cafe. The restaurant was nicely decorated, casual and comfortable. The servers were friendly and attentive. I ordered a pizza and a salad, both were surprisingly good in taste and presentation. I chatted with the owner, Mr. Dhingra and enjoyed the stories about his journey from a chef to a restaurant owner. In the next 7 days, my business associates and I came back for dinner or lunch everyday. We were all happy with every dishes. For the night before our departure from Noida, I asked Mr. Dhingra to prepare a special dinner as a celebration. I wanted some grilled lamb for my American friends and vegetarian food for my Indian friends. The grilled lamb was tender, juicy and well flavored. The few curry dishes amazed my Indian friends. All of these dishes were not in their menu. We all appreciated Mr. Dhingra to go out his way to arrange this dinner for us.

Alma Bakery is a bakery, cafe & confectionery rolled into one. The bakery & confectionery section has options ranging from cakes, pastries, desserts, breads, baked snacks etc. We have made multiple visits to the cafe since it opened. We have tried Alma Special Roasted Chicken Leg, Cappuccino, Caramel Royale Pastry, Chicken Curry Sandwich, Chicken Meatballs, Fredos Chicken Pizza, Mocha, Pizza BBQ, Soup & Salad Combo (Lemon Coriander Soup & Rainbow Chicken Salad), Tiramisu, & Vanilla blended Cold Coffee. Everything was finger - licking! The ambience is clean & green. The tables were socially distanced. Self-service was the norm. & F&B were served in disposables. Nice to hang out at!

Cold coffee was watery UNEXCEPTIONALLY. Quesadilla must have had mozzarella as per menu but there was not. I asked server and got reply that it does not have that. Later he said that it got melted & that's why I could not find. He was trying to teach me that cheese disappears if melted. After approximately 10 minutes of argument with multiple people but not the manager despite of asking several times for, they put cheese. Mushroom crostini was the only good. I am disappointed and regret going here. Worst part is that this place does not accept if something is wrong with them rather argue over that and yeah.

Tall promise, poor delivery

Great Place as i had visited 3 times before for lunch and have visited the bakery many times. today was a terrible experience. THE SERVICE was AT ITS POOREST and WORST ... The folks took the order for cold coffee and cheese garlic bread and it took 29 minutes to deliver mediocre garlic bread with had melted cheese all over and no garlic smell .... The cold coffee was just a whipped blend of old coffee shot ( i presume) , milk and ice ....Tasted bad. The service team was running away whenever was asked for the order.... It was embarassing as i had visited with my nephew who had come from outside India.

Well worth the wait!

It’s been several months since the Alma Bakery opened on the second floor of the small shopping complex at ATS One Hamlet. While we don’t often go to a shop just to buy baked goods, we like to go to cafes, so when we noticed that Alma was also going to be opening a café next door to the bakery, we were wondering what it would be like. Well, it’s finally open, and it’s worth the wait. We visited this place for lunch in early November, and were told that because they were going through a soft opening phase, some items on the menu may not be available. The café has a really pleasant vibe to it, with rows of potted areca palms and other indoor plants—including ‘seed bombs’ with plants in profusion. Combined with the large windows looking out and the opposite wall with its green-and-blue pattern, the effect is one of being one with nature. Almost like eating al fresco! The food is continental and Mediterranean, with pastas, pizzas, salads and the like. My husband, my daughter and I decided to share a fish and chips, and a mushroom pizza (we were informed at the outset that this was Neapolitan-style pizza, heavy on the tomato sauce). I ordered an iced mocha. The iced mocha had loads of flavour and was refreshing. The fish and chips (three pieces of beautifully crumbed fish, golden and crisp on the outside and perfectly cooked) was very good. Of course, with French fries being pretty much par for the course when it comes to ‘fish and chips’ in India, I wasn’t surprised that we got fries rather than the traditional thick-cut chips with the fish. Alongside was a simple, fresh salad of mixed leaves and cherry tomatoes, plus a bowl of tartare sauce. Delicious. The pizza was delicious. I am not a fan of much tomato sauce on a pizza, so I was a bit wary of this, but I was impressed with the way they’d balanced the flavours so that the tomato wasn’t overpowering, and the topping of shiitake mushrooms, walnuts and goat’s cheese was allowed to shine. Excellent. The dessert section looked so appetizing that we couldn’t resist ordering a dessert too—a Bailey’s chocolate mousse which was really decadent in its luscious chocolatey-ness. Interestingly, our server mentioned that this was the first a la carte order from the dessert section: so he, in fact, took permission to take a photo too while we were photographing it! A lovely place, and great food. We paid Rs 1,786 for our meal. Not cheap, but considering the ambience and the quality of the food (and its quantity—we also ordered two strong cappuccinos in addition to the rest of the food), not bad at all. Highly recommended.

Seemed pretty mediocre and overpriced to me. The portion sizes of the pastries were small. Look at other things like cakes and all seemed pretty reasonably priced but not the pastries. I had blueberry cheesecake it was pretty ok the cheesecake was a lil stiff and the crust/ base was not something like poke and it'd break that was also stiff. The other thing I had was a mud cake pastry. Pretty dense and stiff again. I had their chocolate truffle pastry. Tasted pretty fine. And from the savory, I had a chicken roll. The roll tasted good.
