Probably the best thing to order in Guadeloupe is fish, always fresh and hard to screw up.Their straightforward dish of broiled Marlin, Dorade and Red Snapper was excellent.

We had the single best fish on our Guadeloupe trip at this restaurant. The tuna roll was wonderful and fresh. Also, watch the pina coladas! They spare no rum!
