Visited this place yesterday for a rainy Sunday lunch. The quaint little place surprised us, the ambience was good and the place had a cozy feeling. We ordered lamb shanks, soft shell crab burger with fries and strawberry wine. The server was very friendly in...helping us choose from the menu. The soft shell crab burger was delish! Huge portion with abundant flavor topped with fried egg. The lamb shanks paired with the mashed potatoes literally fell off the bone and were melt in the mouth, the quality of mutton used felt top notch, although it could have been a little more flavorful. The strawberry wine was also tasted different and a good change from the regular wines.More

I had a chance to visit this extraordinary place in Mahabaleshwar. Although I have passed by this hotel many times,I never thought to visit it. On the insistance of children,I visited this place and met Mr. Gangaran Chavan who is extremely polite. He suggested delicious...parsi food and we loved it very much. The food is very delicious and tasty too. I have decided to visit it everytime I come to Mahabaleshwar.More

This is a small property, slightly off the main market. It's quite a small space, compared to other famous restaurant nearby. But it has a classy sitting! We had braised lamb shacks and crab burger and dhansak paired with fruity wine (strawberry-Pomona). The crab burger...was slighly burned and not to my taste. Some salt in the If you are interested in good food. Do give it a visit.More

For a hole in the wall kind of establishment, the Grapevine punches way above its weight. The mutton kheema pav and the mutton Dhansak are a must try.

The sitting outside is almost on the road, the decor is worn out, the staff hardly pays attention to the customers, water was served once we had finished eating!!! Food was extremely bad! Will not recommend this place to anyone.

It's a small blink and miss place, but thats the beauty of Grapevine; only the ones in the know will come here, which means you can avoid the riff raff and focus on the good things - food The menu is limited but pointedly precise....Ofcourse the touristy burgers and pizza and pasta can't be avoided, but do give a shot to their Parsi cuisine. Dhansak and patra nu paneer is a must try. The latter so good that you don't really miss the fish. The dhansak is a bit too sweet, but still authentic flavour that shines through Strawberry and Cream that uses real dairy cream, bit the non-dairy whipped cream that other places use All in all, a definite second time visitMore

My cousins took me to this restaurant for dinner. It was a cold night so not many people in the restaurant. The ambiance was lovely and quaint just off the main bazaar. We ordered some sweet corn chicken soup, a vegetable dhansak with brown rice...and a Kheema pav. Both the soup and dhansak were disappointing. Soup was watery and too sweet. Dhansak had a sweetish taste with way too much garam masala. Kheema pav was okay. Service was great.More

Highly overrated and Incredibly high cost of dishes. Staff found to b very rude. Though a vacant table was there n no customer was sitting, he refused to accommodate, thanks one table downstairs got vacated in the meanwhile.

Yes it does provide vegetarin food, but that is not as great as the non-vegetarin affair. Again this was the feedback of my vegatarian friends as I was fully on a nov-veg meal. :-)
