The meals and the menu are well curated with the staff being super helpful in choosing amongst the dishes to offer. The overall ambience is earthy, relaxed and with abundant natural light and breeze to make the experience extremely memorable for our group. PS : Loved the bruschetta and the garlic mushrooms, and the Apple Ice tea and hot chocolate is easily the best I’ve had in India!

It's a state of an art studio cafe located in Panchgini. The cafe breathes in the lap of mother nature! Every corner of the cafe has a soothing and an aesthetic appeal to it and every bit of it will make you feel nostalgic, cozy and comfortable. The atmosphere here was so peaceful, I went in in my zen mode and just couldn't keep a track of time! One can heartily spend some quality time here :') They have a fascinating menu which will definitely be a treat to your taste buds :p Trust me, I'm not kidding, being a foodie and coming from a tier one city like Bombay, I was surprised to see that the authenticity and quality of the food served at the cafe was just amazing! Everything is made inhouse! It's like a farm to table experience, one can feel delighted by the freshness served in every bite :p It felt like every dish that was served, came directly from it's origin! Yes these figures of speech here, definitely do justice to my experience :') I genuinely recommend you to try the Mac and cheese Cheetos, Their Neopoltian Pizzas, Salads and light bites like the mushroom Arancini balls :p If you're someone like me, who's a sucker for an all day power breakfast, you'll be rejoiced by the delicacies available! The Pancakes/French toasts and coffees are to die for! do not forget to end your meals with a hot chocolate! Never have I ever had one like theirs before :D Cafe Cocano serves an experience, You'll be missing out on some really amazing if you skip this while you're in Panchgini/Mahableshwar :')

Cafe Cocano is situated in a peaceful environment, and the view you experience is simply breathtaking. the food is flavoured to perfection and the service is prompt. their neapolitan pizzas are a must try. some of my personal favourites are, the mac and cheetos pasta, the house pizza and the baked cheesecake. these are just some of the many dishes that any customer has to try when visiting the cafe.

This café is the place to go if you’re looking to unwind with a spectacular view and even better food. We enjoyed drinking their fresh mocktails while overlooking lush green valleys and the Krishna river. The children enjoyed their salted caramel and brownie milkshakes. Each dish was authentic to its core and jam packed with flavour. And the desserts were in a different league altogether. We tried the pancakes, tiramisu and the brownie. All were absolutely indulgent and the best I’ve had so far. We ended our meal with a great cup of coffee.
The cafe had an authentic pizza oven for those yummy Neapolitan pizzas. Unfortunately we were unable to try them as it was their first day. But we will be back soon. I honestly cannot wait to come back for a meal again. Mahabaleshwar really needed a place like this!

Awesome vegetarian food with ample options to choose from. Each dish tasted unique served with minute detailing in presentation. Loved the taste and with the right ambience of the cafe, the lunch felt perfect.

Away from the buzz of Marbleshwar, nestled in a peaceful area overlooking the lush green valley, this cozy cafe has left the best impressions! The host Karan and Nisha surely know the farm to table journey, giving great recommendation and to see the customers happy is their main priority. From the starters to the desserts, the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding. Highly recommended !!!

Everything that is available is perfect at Cocano. However, it cannot be really authentic Italian / East Asian and everything it tries to be, only because it is purely vegetarian..... There are too many vegetarian restaurants in Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani, like Farmhouse Bistro, Little Italy, Cafe Peter, Mapro Garden and now Cocano that offer supposedly authentic Italian / South Asian / Global foods, except that Italian and most of global cuisine is hardly vegetarian; so their menu choice gets limited to a very small subset of the original cuisine.
The percentage of "pure vegetarians" is dropping even amongst visitors to Mahabaleshwar. High time the restaurants take note of this trend.

It's a lovely place with a very scenic view. The food and desert are worth the drive upto mahabaleshwar. The owner's are really sweet and gave us good recommendations. We started with hot chocolate which was a perfect hug to one's self during holidays. Definitely will be visiting soon to try out more of the menu!.

*Disappointing Experience at Cocano Restaurant, Panchgani*

We visited Cocano Restaurant recently and were left underwhelmed by the pathetic management, staff, and hospitality.
The issue began when we ordered takeaway Kombucha, which was heavily marketed throughout the restaurant. Despite explicitly requesting takeaway in an airtight bottle, the management misheard our order and served it in glasses instead.
Upon clarification, the staff's response was appalling. They refilled the used bottle with the remaining Kombucha, sealed it with celo tape, and expected us to take it away. Predictably, the bottle leaked, rendering the purchase useless.
What's more disturbing is that Cocano Restaurant recommended their "home brand" Kombucha, yet failed to deliver a satisfactory experience.
Key issues:
- Poor order management
- Inattentive staff
- Unhygienic practices (refilling used bottles)
- Lack of customer care
Avoid this restaurant if you value quality service and products.
*Recommendation:* Improve staff training, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction protocols.

One of the best places in Mahabaleshwar if you love to eat your meal with a view. The ingredients used are fresh which enhances the flavour.Their burgers and mac & cheese cheetos are drool worthy. The wood fired pizzas are lip smacking. Also you can never go wrong with a cup of yummy hot chocolate in a chilly weather with a breathtaking view. I enjoyed the food and the vibes of this place,definitely visiting it again on my next trip to Mahabaleshwar.A big Thank you to the host for such a warm hospitality and amazing experience

A good place to catch a bite to eat when in mahableshwar. It has a great ambience and vibe. Parking available. every time when we visit Panchgani we have been to this cafe and it has never let us down. Their different types of pizzas and pastas are a must try! The hot , desserts, chocolate,cappuccino,cold lattes are also authentic and tasty!
The service is super fast. The staff is warm.

I visited Cafe Cocano this month with friends. This place is like a hidden gem with breathtaking valley views and super classy ambience. The Hot Chocolate is to die for. The wood fired pizzas with organic and fresh ingredients literally took me back to Napoli. And at the end finished it of with the Tiramisu.The hosts were super hospitable and amazing . This place is a MUST try whenever you are in the mahabaleshwar /panchgani area.

We went here with friends and family and had a fabulous time. The food was AMAZING! I loved the garlic mushrooms, Spaghetti Aglio e Olio , Burgers in fact every thing was yummy.Have not tasted just yummy food anywhere else.
I enjoyed their iced teas too. They have such refreshing flavours with kaffir lime, passion fruit and more. And their shakes were totally yummy. The kids loved them! We freaked out on the hot chocolate, tiramisu and cheesecake. Still drooling thinking about them. The pancakes were like clouds - so soft! And not to forget, the view of the valley while enjoying your food and drinks is unbeatable.

Hands down the best experience in our trip.
View from the table overlooking the valley was a wow!
Started off with a special - a block of raclette cheese grilled with some dressings and some veggies. Great taste.
Cabana chili pizza and ravioli pasta in a penne sauce. Both were outstanding.
Strawberry tres leches and Raspberry entremet were great desserts with special marks to the tres leches cake.
Staff was attentive and made suggestions. Overall the best experience of our trip

Cafe Cocano is located overlooking the beautiful valleys, and amazing views. Combined with their versatile menu, it's a not-to-be missed place. Whether it's their starters, juices, healthy smoothies or the mains, they have a dish for every palate. It's definitely a must visit 👍
