We visited the restaurant on a Sunday lunchtime. Overall exceptionally poor service from very young and inexperienced waiting on staff who clearly hasn't been trained very well. Repeatedly having to seek service, drinks order taken and then advised that only cake was being served despite...More

Located in the most beautiful place, I love visiting here with my family when on holiday in the IOM. Just nipped in early for a coffee and scone. Firstly, the Italian man who was serving was excellent, brilliant service and made to feel very welcome....More

A great view and location, but, as so often on the Island, amateurish service and very disappointing food. Staff are charming but unprofessional and poorly trained. Food is pricey too; way above what is justified. In my case I was served an avocado (in salad)...More

Went here last night for a wedding and wow just wow. The setting is fantastic and the food brilliant. The staff couldn't do enough for you. I would highly recommend for a simple afternoon tea or a party/wedding. The views are awesome!

Bacon frazzles served on a vegetarian ceaser salad, and tinned pears on a pear and walnut salad - when I complained I was told that the chef was waiting for fresh ingredients. You really couldn't make it up! No reduction in £28.75 bill for 2...More

Poor service, messy table, poor communication from staff, no apologies for wrong food served to us, waiter who took our order then had to ask what we had to drink to enter it onto bill. Beautiful surroundings, shame about the service and food served today.

Stopped off here for a drink on the walk to Milner's Tower. It was a Sunday on a beautiful Spring Day and it was choc-a-bloc with people attending for the weekly Sunday Carvery. This made the service very slow. However this was made good by...More
