We recently took a cooking class with Wilma- what a great experience! She's also very reasonably priced for the class. Many are 2-300 euro and she was 50 euro for each of us. I highly recommend taking a class while visiting Tuscany!

We had a pasta class with Wilma, and a wonderful lunch with the several kinds of pasta she taught us to make. The ravioli had three delicious fillings which she made, along with a butter and sage sauce. The spaghetti was put in a sauce of fresh tomatoes with simple olive oil and basil. The wine made there was lovely... More

We had a meal here with our 5 children ages 11-19. It was the best meal we had on our trip to Tuscany. The pasta and pizza were made with local fresh flavourful ingredients. The prices were VERY reasonable for the high quality of the food. The staff were awesome. Leo the pizza maker even gave us a demonstration, very... More

Wonderful family run local spot in Barberino Val D'Elsa south of Florence. Great pizza and local dishes made with locally farmed ingredients. Terrific staff and friendly owner. A truly memorable place that is frequented by the locals and those that are looking to find a place that is a little out of the way. Wecapent three weeks in a Villa... More

Wonderful food in a casual, relaxed atmosphere. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and made our meal so enjoyable that we returned a second night and had an equally wonderful dinner. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had really wanted to take a pasta class during our time in Tuscany. This class was perfect, we were taught the techniques for ravioli, spaghetti, penne and fettuccine. The pasta was delicious, so much so that we were still thinking about days after. Highly recommend doing the class.

If you are a fan of fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced food...this is your place! We are repeat customers over the past two springs and Wilma never disappoints! She even produces her own DOCG labeled wine! In addition, Wilma will teach your group to produce fresh pasta (her family recipe dating back centuries) and sauces in her cooking class which... More

Amazing food and service as always! Really lovely people. We often get a takeaway after a long day at work which is always great but today we had the special meal for 'womens day'. Attention to detail with little flowers at the table and Prosecco. The new pizza chef is fantastic and the other staff are super-friendly and welcoming. Will... More
