Though we had been to Domaine Cazes quite a few times to buy wine, we had not yet eaten there. So last year, we did... and loved it! This year we drove down from Limoux and had another delicious lunch. The people are friendly the service prompt, but not hurried, the wine recommendations excellent and not influenced by the price.... More

We found this restaurant, attached to the Cazes winery, by accident on a wet Sunday evening, when we were struggling to find somewhere open for dinner. It was quiet when we arrived around 7.30 but was buzzing as the evening wore on. There is a beautiful terrace/courtyard for outdoor dining - just a shame it was raining! The staff are... More

Visited Rivesaltes on a train trip through the Pyrenees and we were struggling to find somewhere to eat when we came cross this restaurant attached to the Cazes winery. A beautiful courtyard setting and such a lucky find where we enjoyed a sumptuous lunch with their own fine wines. You will then have the irresistible urge to purchase a few... More

Innovative combinations of food made this meal really lovely. Choice of starters and mains was excellent. Lovely environment and excellent service made the whole thing really enjoyable, puddings were fine but a bit less exciting, however, I would certainly recommend the whole experience and go there again myself.

Hey! an excellent restaurant! easily said and best tried. Tasty dishes, excellent wines, even better serving! I really enjoyed that one. Even the 'petit fours' were magnificient. Good for couples, informal and families... Give a try! and also... excellent prices (... beware has little to offer the next winery is one of the best attractions though).

This is simple food of the highest quality, in a winery setting. I had cold tomato soup with prawns. Do you like gazpacho? Well, that's irrelevant because this is totally different, simply intense tomato flavour, pure and simple, with flavoursome prawns sparkling. Also little secret salt crystals at the bottom. Brilliant! But, my dish of the month/year was monkfish. Again,... More

Had lunch there and it was absolutely perfect. I had cured ham with white pudding salad to start my partner aubergine, both very good. We both had the fish of the day which was fresh cod with risotto, this again was fantastic. Had a bottle of their own white and the total came including a litre of water to 66.5... More

We had great memories of the last visit a number of years ago and we weren't disappointed. A very, very good Restaurant with an outstanding wine list. Their wine cellar next door was displaying recently bottled vintage wines dating back to 1931 (170 euros). Dinner was magnificent: Jambon entree, Veal steak main and delicate mousse style dessert with a glass... More

We paused here for lunch on a hot drive to Catalan Spain being conveniently quite near the A9 north Perpignan exit. The set lunch menu offered two or three courses with a choice of 3 dishes for each course. A gespatcho of tomato was a bit thin but given a boost of flavour and texture with a heady tomato sorbet,... Landing at Perpignan at midday and you can be here by 1230 no sweat. Food is ALWAYS delicious, no matter what you choose or what day/menu it is. Never fails to impress me and my friends and family who I always take with me. Make a special trip, winter or summer.
