360 Ella is for adrenaline junkies who wouldn’t deny a monster menu which extends from a delicious International breakfast to authentic Sri Lankan dishes that you love. 360 Ella’s bartenders never fail to make killer cocktails too. 360 Ella is mostly known for two things; their range of Rotis and Live music by Ryan. 360 Ella have a cosy outdoor dinning area on the ground floor and a large rooftop area that’s known as a great setup with mood lighting, live music and comfortable seating; right ambiance to help you merge with the vibe of ella. 360 Ella is open for breakfast from 7am, lunch and dinner. The main kitchen closes at 10pm, bar at 11 and the late-night kitchen at 12.30am.

The customer service was really great, and 360Ella is a really good place to have yummy food,delicious food for a good price. The erson served at our table (CK) was a great guy with great hospitality.. I personally highly recommend this place for chill outs with friends and family. 10/10

The best food we had in Sri Lanka so far. For real! The service guy C.K. was as usual so nice to us! Even when crowded the food arrives with a sonic speed and everything we tasted was prepared with love and precision. We highly recomend to stop by while in Ella!

A huge compliment to Asiri the proprietor for what he has achieved at 360 over the years. He leads by example going the extra mile to even deliver food to his customers in very adverse weather conditions where even the tuks refuse delivery service. I've ordered delivery many times and the food is delivered hot and in excellent packaging. Dined in many times too, the last being a couple of days ago with my wife and what amazing quality of food they dish out with great value for money. Believe it or not up in the hills of Ella you would think ordering seafood is a bad idea but we went ahead seeing a rather interesting seafood platter picture on the menu, which also included a piece of salmon mind you, and it was just fantastic. A must try to all those seafood lovers. Even their pizza's are super. Black pork curry served with their home baked roast paan is just out of this world. That roast paan recipe is top of the pops. The entire menu I feel is a super yummy treat. To top that off they had great evening entertainment with Ryan on guitar playing some lovely music and the songs he chose were very fitting to the clientele. Icing on the cake was the cocktails made by the barmen which too were just fantastic. Well done Asiri to you, the chef, barmen and of course the stewarding crew who do a marvelous job. My wife and I have travelled extensively and enjoy our F&B and what we've experienced at 360 is world class in our view.

Came here for some traditional Sri Lankan food. Upon arrival the waiter didn’t welcome us. As we sat down, we were given the menu immediately and the waiter waited for taking the order.
The live singer is probably having a sing-off with the neighbor across the street as the music is so incredibly loud at both restaurants that we had to shout to each other in order to communicate properly.
The waiter didn’t say anything when he brought our vegetarian Sri Lankan rice & curry, neither asked if everything was fine. Food was flavorless and we both didn’t like it and didn’t finish our plate. When my girlfriend was done the waiter immediately grabbed away her plate while I was still eating. Bit odd. Obviously we had to pay the 10% service fee for rude service since it is automatically added to the bill. Looking for a place with delicious Sri Lankan food with excellent service? Not here.

This dinner took a very long time to arrive, and when it did it was cold and the server we had did not seem to care. We ordered happy hour drinks 3 for 2, however we were charged for 3 and he said we took an extra drink. The server got extremely mad and didnt believe us until they viewed cameras and saw we were right.
Need to work on your customer service and attentiveness here. Mediocre food at best

The place looked welcoming from the outside but the waiters were not that welcoming when first coming in. The food was okay (lasagna, Ellas special rice & curry (chicken) and spring rolls) the rice and curry was very strong, otherwise it was fine. The lasagna was made at another time and just preheated in the microwave. The spring rolls were burned. We had a roti with banana and chocolate for dessert which was VERY good. When we had to pay we placed the 3168 LKR with the check in the folder and asked the waiter if he could help us change 5000 LKR (because no other places could change, so we gave it a chance) to something smaller (we had already placed the money with the check), but instead he took the 5000 LKR and made us pay with the 5000 LKR, which we accepted, but after counting the money he came back with and looking on the check, he took more than the 3168 we had to pay. Would not recommend going there for anything else that the ROTI.

Decent place located in Ella main street. Live, Western music in the evening, which attracts families and gives the feeling of charter travels and all-inclusive family resorts. A bit crowded during dinner time, which entails that it takes some time to get your food during peak hours (not the staff’s fault). OK rice and curry. Excellent tea selection. Would have been awesome with some local music to give a more authentic feeling.

Nice place and we enjoyed the live band and server, but the food was not good at all. The dosas weren’t great and the fish with the fish and chips was swampy tasting and inedible. Would not recommend as a result.

I've ordered one of the main dishes (marinated pork) with sides.
The meat was very hard and cutting with the knives they provided was impossible. Mashed potatoes were good though the boiled vegetables was old.
Overall, dish was an utter flop.
This meal really ruined my evening.

We stopped by Ella for lunch during our holiday in Bandarawella and came to our favorite restaurant 360 Degrees Ella. As always we enjoyed the meal and especially the service by CK who not only efficiently handled our orders but also made recommendations. Exceptional service and the black pork curry with home made roast bread with coconut samba was simply heavenly.... if you like Sri Lankan black pork (who doesn’t).. this is a meal you must have at 360 degrees..

- restaurant with a live band, lovely accoustic songs and singer had a nice voice (none of that kareoke voice)
- good service and quite fast : this restaurant is packed, and is located on the main road. Despite the rush of the restaurant, our waiter Lasitha was very friendly and made sure everything went well.
- food was average, reasonably priced but we've had more savory Sri Lankan dishes elsewhere.

Atmosphere: awesome. It's huge, its beautiful, the upstairs is open air and just lovely.
Food: Amazing! (But skip the calamari; the batter is more like a fish+chips batter.) I ordered Chicken Kottu (-think thanksgiving stuffing + the meat) WOW! I ordered it everywhere afterward and no place compared to 360's Chicken Kottu. (Even Hiriketiya 360's Kottu wasn't quite the same)
Service: some of the best in all of Sri Lanka! We ended up eating here 4 times because the food was so good, but also because the service was outstanding!
Madusha was ultra-professional, hooked us up with a baby chair, made sure the kid's orders came quickly, and first. He was so great! The next day when we returned, he was greeting guests at the door and, huge smile, got us a table and a baby chair right away. Just a real gem!
I wish I got the name of the bartender working the lunch before (January 29th) because we ate downstairs that day and he was equally a wonderful host.
Please do not miss trying this place when you go to Ella!! Our driver in Nuwara Eliya (Ashik), recommended this place and it's clear to see why.

This first floor restaurant commands great views along the Ella high street and has a happy atmosphere with tasteful live music and friendly service.
Drinks were served promptly and cocktails (good value during happy hour) had full measures. The Long Island Iced Tea esp ia a good warm up drink for the evening.
The menu has a decent variety of meals encompassing Asian, western and ample vegetarian choices. All of our meals were tasty and well presented. The devilled mutton was rich and well spiced.
Overall, an enjoyable venue to while a night away in Ella whilst watching the world go by. The chalk Signature space that is the walls and roof also lets you leave your mark for posterity.

We found this place only by accident but weren’t we lucky to have found this. The service was excellent and ambience is also second to none. The attitude of the staff was very welcoming. Our server was CK and he helped us in selecting the dishes and went the extra mile by helping us finding a parking spot during busy hours. That was well worth mentioning. The speed of service was very satisfactory and the taste was excellent. Have no issues recommending the place and hope to visit again very soon.

when i visiting ella my choice is this place for have at least one meal in every time. no matter how many pax you are. there are enough space for large pax count have food at once and have large verities of food menu. CK is one of best person from there he listen to us carefully and arranged our foods what we really expected. i can recommend him and he will make all customization what you really want. so go there have your meal with live music performance and under the beautiful lightning condition. i love that.
