I was early for a business meeting I decided to have coffee and cake. Sans Rival has the best brewed coffee and mocha cake.

Dropped by after lunch for some coffee and cakes. I ordered the silvanas and hot choco (not on the menu but they do have it). Hubby got brewed coffee and brazo de mercedes. Everything was great and the price is maybe half or 3/4 what similar places would charge in manila. My hot choco took a while.longer to serve than... More

When you get to drive around Rizal Boulevard, you will find the place close to everyone's heart especially cakes and other sweets. You will find different sizes of cakes and other sweets peculiar to dumagueteneos.

My Dumaguete trip is never complete without a visit to Sansrival.Despite my dietary restrictions I went just for a piece of their sylvannas but I ended up ordering a slice of the dates and walnuts torte as well. Both were good. My only negative feedback is that it was a struggle finding a table. Too bad we weren't able to... More

I've been going to this bakery for a long time and it still keeps its quality of cakes and pastries very high. It's always crowded with the locals and tourists alike and I highly recommend a visit or just to get some pasalubong for the family prior to jetting off to other areas of the Philippines.

I would go back and back and back again! For the silvanas of course! So delicious! Their coffees are good too, the food I would say average...a little bit too sweet for me.

Date and walnut dacquoise tastes different now. Just too commercialized. The brewed still got the same strong taste. Limited cakes displayed. Maybe because of the after-holiday?

We are here both days the beef tapas are awesome, the bottomless great coffee was a huge bonus. If you come here order the pancakes - I know really - yes they are a delicious and wonderful tasty treat! You can't beat the location on Rizal Blvd along the water front! Staff are friendly and the prices will keep you... More

Was really looking forward to eating here, as I heard a lot of good news about it. The place certainly has a lot of charm. But that's about it. Service was horrible. I don't understand how a place with so much history can have such bad customer service. Unsmiling, no confirmation or acknowledgement for the most part. Wasn't even a... More
